U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. - A new Promenade Saucon Valley tenant will join a host of other coming-soon businesses, including a luxury consignment boutique set to open Friday.
The open-air lifestyle shopping center, at 2845 Center Valley Parkway in Upper Saucon Township, on Tuesday announced its newest tenant, Luxe Events & Designs, a premier event planning and design studio.
The roughly 5,000-square-foot studio, expected to open this summer, will be located next to LensCrafters, according to a news release.
“Luxe Events & Designs is a perfect addition to our center,” said Patrick Turner, general manager of the shopping center. “Their expertise in event planning and attention to design will be a valuable resource for our shoppers and community members looking to celebrate life’s biggest moments.”
Luxe Events & Designs will offer a thoughtfully designed event space perfect for hosting birthdays, weddings, baby showers and more.
In addition, the studio will offer bespoke décor services including custom balloon arches, handcrafted backdrops, seating and more.
Whether planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, guests will find tailored services that reflect their unique style and story.
“We’re so excited to be opening our doors at Promenade Saucon Valley,” said Ken and Barbara Mann, founders of Luxe Events & Designs. “This location allows us to connect with clients in a beautiful and inspiring atmosphere—right where they shop, dine, and gather.”
The addition of Luxe Events & Designs follows a string of successes that have led Promenade Saucon Valley to significantly expand its tenant roster over the past several months.
Businesses opening at the lifestyle center over the past year and a half include Fulton Bank, J.Crew Factory, Slime Time II, Rally House, Five Guys, SmARTivities Showcase, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Dolly's Dressing Room and The Hive.
Also set to join the shopping center's roster are Color Me Mine (coming this summer), a contemporary paint-your-own pottery franchise, which is opening next to Batch Microcreamery; Mental Strength Ritual (coming this spring), a "unique wellness destination specializing in an FDA-cleared technology called Transcranial Mental Stimulation," which is opening next to Altar'd State; Barley Creek Taproom, a popular Poconos-based microbrewery offering Pennsylvania-made craft beer, spirits and wines, which is opening next to Kome; Good Shepherd Rehabilitation (coming this fall), a facility providing outpatient care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and more, which is opening behind Red Robin; and Sephora (coming spring 2026), a popular retail chain selling makeup, skincare, fragrances and more, which is opening near Athleta.
Additionally, Relux, a locally owned boutique offering pre-owned, authenticated luxury fashions and accessories, will hold a grand opening celebration noon to 1 p.m. Friday, May 16.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will be held at 12:30 p.m.
At the new 1,500-square-foot Reluxe boutique, between Carter’s and SmARTivities Showcase, shoppers will find coveted pieces from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Burberry, Balenciaga, Prada, Saint Laurent, Fendi and more at a fraction of retail prices.
Individuals can currently browse Relux’s items, including shoes, sandals, belts, handbags, wallets, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses and more, on the business’ website, shoprelux.com.
The boutique will offer 55-80% commission on consigned items.
“At Relux, we take pride in offering the same personalized and exceptional service you’d expect from a boutique on Fifth Avenue,” said Coleman Nichelson, founder of Relux. “Now, shoppers don’t need to travel to Philadelphia or New York to find incredible deals on designer pieces.”
Promenade Saucon Valley has also recently bid farewell to some businesses, including Lucky Brand, Go! Calendars, Toys & Games and Lashes by Gab, the latter of which vacated its three-year-old Promenade Saucon Valley location to focus on its Allentown location.
Additionally, FD Market, a sustainable goods shop and zero-waste refillery, will close its brick-and-mortar store at Promenade Saucon Valley on May 18.
