Our specialty is personalized care for older adults, backed by hands-on care management.<\/p>\n

Every new client receives an approximately 90-minute start-of-care visit from a Care Supervisor, followed by regular in-person check-ins to see how things are going, identify changing needs and help resolve concerns before they become bigger problems.<\/p>\n

Our Care Supervisor returns every two weeks \u2014 not simply to complete a checklist, but to observe, listen, communicate with the care team and help make sure the plan continues to fit the person.<\/p>\n

Caring relationships are the foundation of our work. We listen closely to clients and families, thoughtfully match each client with the right care professional and level of support, and help connect families with additional quality-of-life resources as needs evolve.<\/p>\n

For families considering assisted living, memory care or other senior housing options, we also provide complimentary senior living guidance and placement services.*<\/p>\n
