Mark Fuller reached a career-high world ranking of No. 118 and competed professionally in 25 countries before leading the University of Nottingham’s squash program and later serving as director of squash and fitness at MetroSquash in Chicago. Chris Fuller reached a career-high world ranking of No. 89, won two Professional Squash Association titles and coached players in both England and the United States. Together, they built Three Rackets around a shared belief that racket sports can strengthen physical health, build a sense of belonging and support personal growth at every stage of life.
“Three Rackets was created to be more than a place to play. We wanted to build a destination where people can experience great sport, meet new people and feel like part of a community. Whether someone is picking up a racket for the first time or has been playing for years, our goal is to create an environment that makes it easy to learn and connect through shared sport,” says Mark Fuller, co-founder and CEO of Three Rackets.
Anchored by a central bar and gathering space, the facility is designed to bring people together before and after play. Designed by Louisville-based DAJ Design and constructed by Paramount, the venue blends high-performance athletic facilities with welcoming social spaces. The courts wrap around the central hub, creating opportunities for players across sports and skill levels to connect and spend time off the court.
“Broomfield felt like a natural fit because it’s a growing community full of people who value active lifestyles and meaningful social experiences. While pickleball already has a strong following here, we’re especially excited to introduce more people to squash and padel and create a place where all three sports can thrive together,” Fuller said.
Complementing the sports experience will be a casual food and beverage program designed to support play and nourishment. Between games, players can refuel at the on-site food and beverage area, where a menu of approachable, health-conscious offerings, including bowls, burgers, sandwiches and shareable favorites is served alongside refreshments.
The club will offer memberships, leagues, tournaments, lessons, clinics and junior programming for players ranging from first-timers to experienced competitors. A dedicated coaching team will provide instruction and support for newcomers, helping make racket sports accessible to everyone.
Additional amenities include a pro shop with equipment rentals and retail merchandise, Wi-Fi, lounge, and social spaces designed for remote work, spa-inspired locker rooms and a fitness area.
Beyond the courts, Three Rackets is committed to becoming an active community partner. The club plans to host local leagues, youth camps, charitable events, networking opportunities, social gatherings, and introductory programs that make racket sports accessible and welcoming to all. Among its first community initiatives is an open house benefiting ovarian and breast cancer research on October 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds from the event will support cancer research efforts, bringing players together for a meaningful cause and reinforcing Three Rackets’ commitment to community impact from day one.
To celebrate its debut, Three Rackets plans to host a series of preview events, introductory programs, and activations beginning with a soft opening on September 21 and continuing through its grand opening festivities later this fall.

Court pricing ranges from $30 to $48 for pickleball, $60 to $100 for padel and $20 to $40 for squash depending on the time of day, with per-player rates starting at $7.50 for pickleball, $15 for padel and $10 for squash during off-peak hours.
