Falls result in more than 2.8 million injuries treated in emergency departments annually, including over 800,000 hospitalizations and more than 27,000 deaths. Every 11 seconds, an older adult is treated in the emergency room for a fall; every 19 minutes, an older adult dies from a fall.**

The Always Best Care PERS is an easy-to-use personal emergency response service that ensures older adults living at home get quick assistance whenever it is needed.

Always Best Care Senior Services has partnered with Total Remote Health and ADT to provide On-the-GO mobile medical alert with GPS or ADT Home Medical Alert Cellular Plus.

ADT is a nationally known security company that offers unsurpassed medical alert and security coverage. Their emergency call center has national coverage beyond other medical alert companies. After one year of research of different medical alert devices and companies, ADT was the exceedingly best choice on all aspects for medical alert services including emergency response time, device ease-of-use and mobility, experienced call center staff, and medical decision-making. Always Best Care Senior Services and TRH are pleased to partner with ADT to provide this level and combination of PERS services currently unavailable with any other PERS services in the country. Together with Always Best Care’s client services, RPM and PERS system, we can provide clients with medical and client care coverage that cannot be duplicated by any other program at this time.

In-Home Solutions: 

Medical Alert Plus is our in-home base station which connects via cellular connection. This system allows mobility around the users’ home up to 600 feet range and features high/low temperature monitoring.

Mobile Solution: 

Our On-The-Go Emergency Response is a light, portable and mobile system designed for our most active users. It is equipped with GPS capabilities and can pinpoint a user’s location anywhere, anytime.
