“Always Best Care has been helping us for almost 4 years. We have had a routine schedule for Amber or Tina to come to our house, where they have become an important part of our family and needed help with caregiving and light housekeeping. Both of them are reliable and exceptionally caring. When my husband needed to move to Memory Care, Nancy Hemming spent so much time with us visiting facilities and teaching us about different models. She is so knowledgeable and was essential help when we didn’t know how to approach the search. At times, during acute health problems, we needed daily and sometimes around the clock care. Always Best Care did a remarkable job of finding people to help, sometimes on very short notice. Most recently, Tina knew of my upcoming surgery and changed her own schedule so she could be with me daily following the surgery when I needed extra help. “In my moment of need your company was there when I didn’t even knew I needed you. My mother who lived in another state has late onset Alzheimer’s and was being taken care by my brother. I didn’t expect that my brother would pass before my mother but that was the case. Without the care from my brother, I had to find a suitable memory care facility quickly so I could sell her house and move her closer to me because my mother declined quickly after the passing of my brother and my house isn’t suitable for her condition.
