The report compiled by the Star-Telegram contains data from July 13 through July 19 and 94 inspections.
Tarrant County’s inspections function on a demerit system: Every establishment starts with a score of 100 and demerits are subtracted. A score of 70 is considered extremely poor. Tarrant County Public Health inspects and scores all restaurants in the county except those in Fort Worth, Arlington, Euless and North Richland Hills.
No restaurant scored under 70 in this inspection cycle, but four others had low scores:
Bigs Bar And Grill / Dough Bros, 1601 Airport Freeway in Bedford, had a score of 75. The restaurant was later reinspected and scored 100.
Golden China, 2001 W. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake, had a score of 75.
DQ Westworth Village, 6645 Westworth Village Blvd. in Westworth Village, had a score of 75.
1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee, 3344 Harwood Road in Bedford, had a score of 79.
Sonic 5529, 6640 Westworth Blvd. in Westworth Village, had a score of 79.
Popeyes, 6601 Lake Worth Blvd. in Lake Worth, had a score of 92. The establishment voluntarily closed because of issues with its refrigerator and later reopened after repairs were made.
Four restaurants had issues with roaches or fruit flies:

Cantina Laredo, located near gate B29 in DFW Airport, had a score of 84.
Bigs Bar And Grill / Dough Bros, 1601 Airport Freeway in Bedford, had a score of 85.
La Mexicana Meat Market, 4117 Denton Highway in Haltom City, had a score of 96.
