New Senior Care Franchise Will Provide Compassionate Care to Local Senior Community

Led by franchisee Haley Davis, the new franchise, located at 8606 Harford Rd, will provide high-quality senior care services, including non-medical in-home care and senior living referral services to Baltimore’s aging population.

Before joining the Always Best Care team, Davis worked as Director of Operations for the third-largest Amazon fulfillment center in North America. As director of operations, Davis managed the day-to-day work of more than 4,500 team members. With more than 15+ years of experience in executive leadership and business management, Davis transitioned from corporate America to business ownership by opening her Always Best Care franchise in Parkville. Originally from Alabama, Davis earned her bachelor’s in marketing from Auburn University.

In previous roles, she has helped organizations donate more than $5 million through in-kind contributions to charities and has led more than 10,000 hours of community service for local organizations.
