In the last phase, as we worked with an extended set of caregivers to prepare a very complicated move to another state, Bruce willingly provided coordination and sage advice to the whole team without extra compensation. Without Bruce’s help the move would not have gone so smoothly. ABC is a truly caring and professional group of caregivers for diverse needs.”

The entire staff has been very easy to communicate with, and they also communicated well with the caregivers at her facility. The caregiving staff have become friends to me and my mother. “Bruce at Always Best Care was amazing to work with. He was patient and understanding of my dad’s reluctance to accept assistance. When my dad finally agreed to assistance, it was over the weekend and it was an emergency situation. Bruce assembled a team, working through the weekend, to assist my dad as quickly as possible. Before the team was able to come help my dad, he suffered chest pains and was admitted to the hospital. Sadly, he passed away four days later. Nonetheless, Bruce was there with me every step of the way offering support and advice to ensure my dad received the best care in the hospital. Though we never got to use Bruce’s services, I would 100% hands down recommend using them if your loved one needs care and support. “I was looking for 24 hr home care for my mother who was living alone after my Dad’s passing. My mother also had Dementia. ABC was recommended by her PCP. I was immediately impressed with my 1st meeting with their Senior Program Coordinator. She took detailed notes about the daily routine. My mind was set at ease when she explained their COVID protocols which included wiping down surfaces, mask requirements and unannounced periodic supervisor check-ins on caregivers. Daily each caregiver maintained meticulous documentation on my mother’s daily routines – when she got up – what she ate. They also handled mail sorting and other sensitive confidential information. I was particularly impressed with the professional and caring demeanor of the caregivers. Shift changes overlapped allowing caregivers time to share pertinent information and there was often training from senior caregivers to junior team members about handling transfers and safety. ABC is a first class well run home care providing company.”
