Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month for March 2021, Carrie!

Carrie has been working as a Caregiver for quite some time, first caring for her grandmother, then with private clients, and now we are lucky enough to have her with us! Carrie is a great communicator and she loves working with clients with dementia. She is reliable and has a wonderful sense of humor that keeps us laughing.

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month for February 2021, Ariel!

Ariel started with us in September of 2020. Since then she has worked hard with a variety of clients, all of whom love her and request her back. In February she took on a new high hours client during the ice storm and never wavered in her commitment to them even though we had to help with transportation because her car was snowed in!!

Ariel worked hard on her training and always asks questions and lets us know if there are things that we need to be made aware of or that she needs help with.

We appreciate your dedication Ariel and are happy that you are a part of our team!

Congratulations to our January 2021 Caregiver of the Month, Jovana!

Jovana started with Always Best Care last March. Right when everyone else was going underground and hiding from Covid – 19, Jovana jumped in to Senior Care with both feet! She has enthusiastically completed any training we have given her and always is willing to take on the next level of client and learn more about her craft. It has been extremely rewarding to watch her grow as a Caregiver and a Team Member!
 
About being a Caregiver with Always Best Care, Jovana says “I’m soo proud of becoming an employee of ABC. I have learned so many new things from the beginning and along the way. I have progressed so much with the help of my clients and my managers & leaders. I love being a Caregiver because of my clients – they put a smile on my face everyday! Christa was chosen by our staff because she is truly someone we can depend on! She is kind, soft spoken, and takes wonderful and attentive care of her clients. Her clients all say she is a lovely person and they feel lucky to have her on their team. She is always early to work, and is currently working on furthering her education by obtaining her SRNA certification.

Maria has excellent skills, years of experience, and a passion for caring for the elderly. In addition to helping her clients with their daily needs, she loves to sit and talk with them and help them recall their fondest memories. She is kind, funny, reliable, and we just love having her as part of team Always Best Care!

About caregiving, Maria says “I have been a Caregiver for 40 years. I really never considered doing anything else for a career. I just love it. I am dedicated to taking the very best care of my clients that I can. I chose Always Best Care because from the very first phone call, they were very friendly to me. William has been a member of the team since January 2019. In that time he has been very reliable, responsible, responsive, and has built great relationships with his clients. He always sees the world from their point of view and advocates for their health and happiness.

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month for September 2020, Jasmine!

Jasmine has been working full time or longer hours each week, often taking on our clients with the highest level of physical needs. She bonds with her clients, taking care of them competently while remaining calm and soothing to them and their family members. The houses she works in always sparkle after her shift. We are so glad Jasmine has chosen Always Best Care!
