It will be a sweet day for Manteca and the Gauthier Family on Friday, Sept. 19.
That’s when the doors open to their 30th Crumbl franchise in the Manteca Crossings on the northwest corner of Atherton Drive and Airport Way.
It is the same center where Chick-fil-A has opened its second Manteca location and where you will find a Quick Quack Car Wash and a Dutch Bros.
Work is also underway on a Maverik gas station and convenience store and a second Manteca Food 4 Less location that will cover 55,000 square feet.
The dessert franchise was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah, by Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley.
In just seven years, Crumbl has grown from a cookie shop to the fastest-growing dessert chain in the US, with over 1,100 locations across all 50 states, plus Canada and Puerto Rico.
Its rotating menu offers new flavors every week, while regularly bringing back crowd favorites and unique original recipes, all served up in Crumbl’s iconic Pink Boxes.
The store will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the grand opening day on Sept. 19.
Free chocolate chip cookies will be available on grand opening day for in-store customers while supplies last.
Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The store is closed on Sundays.
Starting Sept. 23, you can order Crumbl on the Crumbl App, Doordash, and UberEats

Other concerns that are preparing to open in inline retail space at Manteca crossings are Pokemoto Hawaiian Poke, Waba Grill, and Menchie’s Frozen yogurt.
The center’s owner is also in the process of working with other firms to fill existing inline space as well as adding inline space being built adjacent to Food 4 Less and a third retail building going to the southwest of Chick-fil-A.
A 117-room, 4-story Courtyard by Marriot has also been approved directly to the west of the Food 4 Less site.
