Sacramento Valley Native Tammy Ford Joins Leadership Team to Drive Growth and Enhance Franchise Support

Based at the company’s headquarters in Roseville, California, Ford brings over 20 years of financial expertise to her role, along with experience as a former franchise owner and a rich background in executive leadership across diverse industries.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Ford has remained deeply rooted in California throughout her career. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and her MBA from California State University, Sacramento, where she graduated with honors. Ford’s background spans high-tech, software, consulting, and training, including executive roles with companies from Fortune 100 giants to local mid-size and startup ventures.

Ford’s unique perspective as a former franchise owner offers her a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of small business ownership. She previously owned a Leadership Management Systems franchise, where she provided leadership training and business development for boards and executive teams. Her extensive background in financial management and familiarity with franchise operations equip her to support Always Best Care franchisees with strategic insights and process improvements.

When not working, Ford enjoys traveling with her husband and family, particularly to national parks and Hawaii.
