“A professional and compassionate team. I had to scramble to get assistance after having a hip and shoulder break, after a bad fall. I called Rebecca, the owner at 3pm Wednesday to start a full time care situation for four days beginning the next day at noon. She came through without any difficulties at all, even though I was leaving a hospital a 2 hour drive distant so there wasn’t an opportunity for me to sign papers for my care until a few hours after the aide was already at my home to care for me. The aides have helped supervise my walker walking, showers, drying my hair and getting dressed with tenderness and patience. They stripped beds and washed sheets and laundry without my even asking. One even wiped off patio chairs so I could enjoy some time out in the fresh air. They have each been kind and helpful in different ways, and never dawdled when I asked for lunch or physical therapy supervision. This is the company to use should you or your family member find yourself in my situation. Five stars.”

“We were referred to Rebecca and her company while my father was in Temecula Valley Hospital. He was not eligible to be discharged to a rehab facility, but was definitely in need to help in returning home. Rebecca assessed his needs and limitations, and sent over a very kind aide the very next day. She helped my father in returning to independent living. She also coordinated some PT visits, My sister and I live on the east coast and my father is alone in CA. We arranged this with Rebecca via several phone calls. “From the very beginning, for about a year I spoke with Tracy Durling about my mom’s situation. Tracy came over and met my mom and we started talking about different assisted living facilities in the area. After about a year we finally were easy to tour some facilities and we decided on one, which was one that Tracy highly recommended. If it wasn’t for Tracy and her knowledge of these facilities and the huge heart she has to help people, I truly don’t know how I would have done this on my own.
