The City of Chandler was named best place to live-work-play in Arizona for the third year in a row, based on public voting for the 2025 edition of Ranking Arizona. Published by AZ Big Media, Ranking Arizona is an annual business opinion poll that asks voters to make their top picks in different categories important to the state’s business community.

Selection of companies that announced or opened new facilities in Chandler
Toyota Financial Services (TFS) doubles Chandler footprint as the company is expanding its office presence to support long-term operational needs. TFS leased an additional 40,000 square feet of office space at its current location, 1650 S. Price Road, and now occupies the entire 120,000-square-foot building.
Kovach Enclosure Systems, has signed a new lease to continue growing its operations in Chandler. The company will occupy 190,475 square feet across two buildings at the recently redeveloped Chandler Freeways Business Park, located in West Chandler.
Brewer Science, a global leader in developing and manufacturing next-generation materials and processes for the microelectronics and optoelectronics industries, announces the opening of a new office and lab in Chandler, Arizona: the Brewer Science Arizona Innovation Center.
Barrett Financial Group, to expand in Chandler after signing large 52,000-square-foot lease inside Insight's headquarters which sits on a 76-acre campus in the Airpark Area.
Simpson Strong-Tie, one of the world’s largest suppliers of structural building products, is expanding its Chandler operations for the third time, recently signing a 67,000-square-foot lease at Chandler Airport Business Park. The facility will include a training center, small manufacturing department, and warehousing.
Applied Materials announces plans to invest $200 million into a new advanced manufacturing facility in Chandler. The facility will produce semiconductor equipment components and parts and support the creation of potentially 200 additional manufacturing, R&D and services jobs in the semiconductor field over a five-year period.
Pure-Logic Industries, a leader in precision manufacturing and engineering solutions, broke ground on its new 29,845-square-foot headquarters and production facility that will consolidate operations under one roof in the Airpark Area.
The Mahoney Group, Arizona’s largest independent insurance, risk management, and employee benefits brokerage, relocated their operations into a 35,198-square-foot office building at Chandler Freeway Crossings that will initially serve as home for 90 employees with room to grow.
Claim Assist Solutions, one of the nation’s largest providers of insurance claim support services, plans to open a 58,000-square-foot office at One Chandler Corporate Center, located in West Chandler. The new office will be the company's first in Arizona.

A few key development projects that broke ground
DPC Companies broke ground on Chandler Innovation Park, a three-building industrial park that will offer approximately 327,776 square feet of premier industrial space. The 21-acre site at the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road is in the heart of the Airpark Area, Chandler’s fastest growing employment corridor.
Ryan Companies broke ground on Chandler Freeways Business Park. Located southeast of the Loop 202 and Interstate 10 interchange, the project converted a former office building on site into an 87,600-square-foot, Class-A industrial building with plans to build a second 102,875-square-foot Class-A industrial building. This site was fully leased within the same year by Kovach.
