The City of San Ramon's budget process is complete.
For the last several months, the City has been developing the operating budget for Fiscal Year 2025/26 (FY26), which begins on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026.

The final step of the Budget Process took place as part of the regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 27.

The City Council unanimously voted to adopt of the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Proposed Budget by resolution.

On November 21, 2024, Sunset Development Company submitted formal applications for The Orchards development project located at 6001 Bollinger Canyon Road (formerly the Chevron Corporation Office Park). The applications were deemed complete on March 26, 2025.
The Project is currently being analyzed in relation to local and state standards including the General Plan, Zoning Ordinance, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), etc.
The first public meetings to review the formal applications took place at the Architectural Review Board Meetings on May 1 & May 8.
The next public meeting will take place at the Architectural Review Board Meeting on Thursday, June 5 at 2 p.m. (City Hall Training Room, 7000 Bollinger Canyon Road).
Future public meetings with the Planning Commission and City Council will be scheduled around late summer 2025.
