(KRON) — A lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California last fall alleged that Sean “Diddy” Combs and his entourage drugged and sexually assaulted a woman inside an Orinda apartment in 2018. The woman, identified in the lawsuit as Ashley Parham, claims the group “gang raped” her.
The plaintiff initially listed several male defendants as “John Does 1-3” who are accused of being part of the group that allegedly raped Parham. However, in an amended lawsuit that was filed last Friday, names were released to demand this to go to a jury trial.
The most notable names that were dropped in the complaint include NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and Drew Desbordes who is better known as the comedian “Druski.” The former is referred to in the lawsuit as “Odell” and the latter as “Druski.”
Beckham Jr. and Desbordes are accused of raping Parham, according to the lawsuit. Both have publicly denied the allegations on their respective social media accounts.
“Plaintiff has come to discover the Defendant Doe Cornelius who raped her was Defendant Odell,” page 18 of the lawsuit states.
Combs allegedly instructed Desbordes to rape the plaintiff. However, according to the lawsuit, Desbordes “doused Plaintiff with more oil/lubricant and then jumped on top (of her).” Desbordes knocked the wind out of her “due to his enormous size” before raping her, the lawsuit continued.
Beckham Jr. and Desbordes are among the defendants who “caused (the plaintiff) physical injury, severe mental and emotional distress, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and loss of enjoyment of life,” the lawsuit states. The full detailed accusations can be viewed in the lawsuit attached below.
Desbordes posted on X Sunday night, saying the allegation is “a fabricated lie.”
The comedian wrote on the platform, “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of the allegation.”
In 2018, Beckham Jr. was playing for the New York Giants. The three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver claims he never met the plaintiff and was nowhere near Orinda at that time.
“In fact, I don’t think I have ever even been to Orinda, CA,” Beckham Jr. wrote in an X post Monday. “I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed.”
Beckham’s post has nearly 3 million views on X, and Desbordes’ has more than 24 million views.
Last October, that same lawsuit alleged that Combs was part of a group that gang raped Parham at an Orinda apartment in 2018. Many details in that suit mirror the version that was filed in March.
The most recent version is an “amended complaint” for the same lawsuit, court documents show. The full amended complaint can be viewed below.
