He was able to identify facilities that would provide her the proper care for her progressive dementia. He also met with my mother one on one to assess her needs and understand her challenges. Tom identified a short list of appropriate facilities to provide excellent care for our mother. He visited the facilities with us and provided us insight into each facilities pros and cons. He did so in a non-emotional, very objective and almost surgical way. He has sincere compassion for the people involved in this process as he and his wife went through the same so they work from a realistic point of view based on their own experiences. Tom also helped negotiate on our behalf in order to meet our financial budget. Highly recommend!”
