Little bunnies who find an egg with a “golden karrot” will be given a special prize. The 24 Karrot Trail will keep hopping from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., or until the eggs are all gone.
Every family in attendance can enter to win a free drawing for an Easter Basket brimming with goodies. The drawing will be at 7:40 p.m. and the winner must be present to win.
Little bunnies will also enjoy carnival games, free inflatable attractions, a prize wheel, performances from local groups and photos with the Easter Bunny. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.
Chandler is on the hunt for our most egg-cellent artists with our annual Easter coloring contest. Young artists, up to nine years old, can use crayons, markers and glitter to decorate this year’s coloring page. The coloring page can be found at any Chandler recreation facility or downloaded from Family Easter Celebration. Get hopping – entries must be submitted by Monday, April 14. Winners in four age categories will be announced at the event stage at 5:45 p.m.

After much research and testing, Cox comes out as the top pick for the best internet service provider for most households in Chandler. Despite not being the fastest ISP in the area, Cox still offers plenty of speed, and stands head and shoulders above its fellow ISPs when it comes to wide coverage area. Verizon 5G Home Internet is also a solid pick, with monthly plans starting at $30. Then there's T-Mobile Home Internet, another close competitor in Chandler, with prices at $35 when bundled with eligible phone plans.
For residents looking for the lowest prices or fasted speeds, we have found the very best. The cheapest internet service provider in Chandler is Cox's 100-megabits-per-second cable or fiber plan, which costs $30 monthly. However, the internet service provider with the fastest speeds is Quantum Fiber's 8,000Mbps plan, but its lack of availability outside of pocket areas makes it unreliable compared to other competitors. Google Fiber is building a network in Chandler, but it won't be operational for a while. Once it is, it will provide some seriously strong competition for Cox.

Due to sheer coverage alone, Cox is the big dog among ISPs in Chandler. However, its fiber network doesn’t have nearly the reach of its cable network. CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — Many business owners across Arizona are feeling uneasy, wondering how the new tariffs imposed by President Trump will impact their companies and customers.
“Made in America” is a slogan they take seriously at Channel Master in Chandler. This small business makes antennas so people can watch free TV without buying cable or satellite.
Owner and CEO Coty Youtsey said they decided a few years ago to start manufacturing their most popular antenna at a Chandler warehouse instead of making it in China.
“The product that we are making in U.S, is not the same product we were making overseas,” said Youtsey. “We designed it differently, made it differently, and that’s where we’ve seen the most success.”
On Wednesday, Trump announced a sweeping wave of tariffs on imports to convince American businesses to manufacture more of their goods in the U.S.
Since Channel Master has already set up production in the United States, the new tariffs won’t impact their bottom line as much.
“We’re not in a spot right now where we’ve got to make major shifts,” said Adam Long, the company’s vice president of production. “We’ve already been doing that over past several years.”
“The ultimate goal for us as a company is to make sure that our consumers aren’t having to pay new, higher prices,” said Long. “We feel that we are in a good position, based on decisions we’ve made to be manufacturing right here in Chandler.”
Some economists have raised concerns that manufacturing products in the U.S. will cost more than in other countries, forcing businesses to raise prices that will eventually be passed on to consumers.
Youtsey said they’ve kept prices in check and remain successful after switching over and making their products in America.
“There’s so many little parts that go into it, so its not only us making it, its us working with other companies in the Valley to make components,” said Youtsey. “To design them, manufacture them, engineer them, so it took a lot of collaboration and effort, but its opened up a lot of opportunities for us.”
Youtsey added that they still buy a lot of products from other countries, and that could have an impact on their costs.
