“In my working life I was in health care and helped patients to think about and arrange in-home care for themselves, so when it came to be my turn to be in health crisis, I knew what to look for in caregiving agencies. I am very pleased with how Always Best Care prioritized my goals and needs as I was recovering from a very debilitating episode (autumn/winter of 2025) of illness. Caregivers Shotoya, Margaret, Monica and Ronisha were so kind and gentle but also had a spark of fun in them which encouraged me a lot during this very scary and difficult time in my life. “From the start, once we spoke with Sarah with Always Best Care, our lives have been so much more easier! Sarah is a joy to speak with & she knows her business! She matched us up with Andrea, who goes by Annie, & she has helped all three of us in our household. My husband was in the hospital for 1 1/2 years & is having to learn how to walk again & he requires a lot of assistance. He’s now on dialysis & gets treatment Monday – Friday. Andrea help us 3 days a week with taking him to dialysis & back, which used to make me insane because the RTC RIDES that were scheduled for him to be at his dialysis appointment at 9am would come late several times. One time they showed up 2 hour’s afterwards! So I never knew if I had to take him instead? Annie would come back to our house to help me with taking care of my 79 year old brother who lives with us. She helps with cleaning, laundry, making breakfast & or lunch. She even pre made dinner for us one day & let me tell you it was very satisfying. ???? Later she goes & picks my husband back up once he’s finished. My stress levels have changed immensely since Annie has been in our lives. Thank you so much❣️”
