Game Night at Woodland West Gather your friends or come solo for a fun evening of games at Woodland West Branch Library on Friday, Oct. 2, from 6–9 p.m. Choose from a variety of board games, card games and group favorites, whether you're a seasoned strategist or just looking to unwind. All ages and experience levels are welcome, so bring your competitive spirit—or just come for the good company!
Fall Gallery Night with the Arlington Art Dealers Association Explore Arlington’s vibrant art scene during Fall Gallery Night on Saturday, Oct. 3, from noon–5 p.m. The Arlington Art Dealers Association is opening the doors to seven galleries throughout Downtown Arlington, offering free admission to exhibitions featuring local artists, original artwork and a variety of creative styles. Whether you’re an art enthusiast or simply looking for something new to explore, it’s a great opportunity to discover the creativity and culture that make Arlington unique.
Hispanic Heritage Celebration
Celebrate Hispanic culture with an evening of music, dancing, food and fun at Levitt Pavilion Arlington for the 5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 3, from 4–10 p.m. This free, family-friendly event features more than 60 food, retail and cultural vendors, traditional dance performances, salsa dancing and live music. Enjoy performances by Sam Houston High School Mariachi, Grupo de Danza Azteca San Jose, Chikis y Su Sonora, and headliner Mike Gonzalez and the Iconiczz. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a vibrant night of culture and community!
Tween Art Dabblers: Ghost Portraits
Get spooky and creative at Tween Art Dabblers: Ghost Portraits on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at Southwest Branch Library. Tweens ages 9–12 can experiment with different art mediums while creating hilariously spooky “bad art” that’s sure to give everyone a fright! The program is free, with no registration required, but space and supplies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Aging Well Expo
Discover resources, activities and information to help you live your best life at the 2026 Aging Well Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center. This free event for adults 21 and up features around 100 vendors, free health screenings, expert advice, fitness demonstrations and entertainment. Choose from sessions running 9–11 a.m. or noon–2 p.m., with an accessibility hour from 8–9 a.m. for guests who use wheelchairs, walkers or other mobility aids.
