“I was in a very dark space when I was looking for a place for my mom and I was referred to you by our social worker at Kaiser and a young lady named Shannon called me and she came to meet with me and my mom and she was with me every step of the way from beginning to end to help find me a place for her. She was very in tune with our budget and the needs that I had for my mom and she did not stop until we found the perfect place this past February. I was crying and shaking and melting down on the day that I had to move my mom and I realized that I couldn’t do this on my own. So Shannon came over and she hugged me and she told me you don’t have to do this on your own! She gave my mom a bath and we packed her things and she took her on over to the place for me and then I came 2 hours later with my son.
