In the mid-1990s, just outside Sacramento, California, Michael Newman grew frustrated by how little support seniors and their families had in his community. As an owner and operator of senior facilities, he watched families arrive confused and overwhelmed after struggling to find the right place for their parents. That frustration became a clear vision: to create a company that serves seniors with trusted care, genuine support, and honest, professional advice. In 1996, Michael founded Always Best Care, built on the belief that families deserve a partner who handles the hard parts of caring for a loved one so they can be family again.
That foundation grew Always Best Care into one of the nation’s leading providers of in-home senior care and senior living referral services, now serving families through a network of more than 225 territories across the United States and Canada since franchising began in 2007. Here in the south Puget Sound, owner Phil Natsiopoulos is a resident who takes real pride in helping families care for their loved ones. Since 1996, Always Best Care has helped thousands of families with non-medical in-home care and assisted living referral services. In select markets we’ve also added skilled home care for clients that suffer from illness or injury.

The first step in our process includes a personal consultation with a Care Coordinator at no charge to you. In our meeting, we will thoroughly discuss your care needs, create a detailed care plan, and work with you on financing and logistics.
