It's no secret, most of us would like to stay in our own home as we age. Yet, sometimes our loved ones just need a little extra help to remain comfortable at home. That's where Always Best Care can help....we are dedicated to exceeding expectations....always.
They say that your golden years are the best years of your life. For most older Americans, that's how it should be - a time to relax, reflect, and live life in a familiar place. After all, senior citizens in the U.S. have worked tirelessly to build a better economy, serve their communities, and raise families.
However, as seniors grow older, completing daily tasks like showering and enjoying activities such as visiting Menifee Historical Marker in Menifee, CA gets harder without someone by their side. Unfortunately, many older Americans aren't able to rely on their adult children for help. The reality in today's world is that family members do not have the skills or time to dedicate to caring for their parents. That's where Always Best Care Senior Services comes in.
Our in-home care services are for people who prefer to stay at home as they grow older but need ongoing care that family or friends cannot provide. More and more older adults prefer to live far away from long-term, institutionalized facilities and closer to the place where they feel most comfortable - their home. Home care in Menifee, CA is a safe, effective way to give your loved ones the care they need when they need it the most.
Home Care Services

To make sure our senior clients receive the best care possible, we pair them with compassionate caregivers who understand their unique needs. That way, they may provide care accordingly without compromising their wellbeing.
The Always Best Care difference lies in life's little moments - where compassionate care and trustworthy experience come together to help seniors live a fruitful, healthy life. Whether you are an aging adult that can't quite keep up with life's daily tasks or the child of a senior who needs regular in-home services, Always Best Care is here to help.

“Rebecca is someone I know personally through BNI, and what stands out most is her character and genuine care for people. I have not personally used Always Best Care’s services, but I have seen how passionate Rebecca is about helping families during difficult times. And when the time comes for my own parents to need those services, she will absolutely be one of the first people I call. Good people are hard to find, and Rebecca is definitely one of them.”
“I met the owner of Always Best Care and felt compelled to write this review. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade and have met many people who claim to care, but when speaking with Rebecca, you can genuinely feel that she truly does. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to helping others stand out immediately. It’s rare to meet someone who leads with both heart and integrity, and Rebecca is clearly one of the best. I would absolutely recommend Always Best Care to anyone looking for quality care and people they can truly trust.”

She’s also incredibly reliable and professional. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been marked by follow-through, clear communication, and genuine care for the people around her. She represents Always Best Care Senior Services with integrity, and I trust her completely when it comes to referring families in need of quality home care. If you or someone you know needs senior care you absolutely have to contact Rebecca.”
“Rebecca Prouty at Always Best Care is truly one of the most caring people I’ve met. She takes the time to genuinely get to know each person and you can see how deeply she cares about her work and clients. “I have been with always best care for over 16 mos. They have been outstanding! They caregivers have been extremely qualified, compassionate and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone in need. I started with full care as I was bedridden. Now I’ve been progressing to wheel chair and walker and they help with transportation and physical therapy”
“I am so happy that I met Rebecca. I sent her a message via her webpage and she called me right away even though it was Saturday. She went above and beyond what I expected. At first I thought it would be best for my dad to be in a group home, so she arranged for me to meet the owners and tour three great options. Then I changed my mind and I told her I wanted to see assisted living facilities. She again arranged for me to see several places. One of them was the perfect match for our needs. Rebecca was so friendly and professional both times. Without her help, I never would have been so sure I found the best place for my dad. I'm happy and so is my dad. Thank you Rebecca”
“Working with Rebecca with Always Best Care Senior Services was a godsend during an incredibly difficult time. Rebecca was truly an angel, she truly listened deeply to our needs and budget, providing compassionate guidance when we needed it most. It felt like a miracle how quickly everything fell into place. She found the perfect board and care for my husband. Rebeca was there each step of the process and followed up a month later to check on us. I truly do not have the words to express how thankful and grateful I am for her support and professionalism. If you’re navigating hospice care, this is the support you need. We are eternally grateful!”
“A professional and compassionate team. I had to scramble to get assistance after having a hip and shoulder break, after a bad fall. I called Rebecca, the owner at 3pm Wednesday to start a full time care situation for four days beginning the next day at noon. She came through without any difficulties at all, even though I was leaving a hospital a 2 hour drive distant so there wasn’t an opportunity for me to sign papers for my care until a few hours after the aide was already at my home to care for me. The aides have helped supervise my walker walking, showers, drying my hair and getting dressed with tenderness and patience. They stripped beds and washed sheets and laundry without my even asking. One even wiped off patio chairs so I could enjoy some time out in the fresh air. They have each been kind and helpful in different ways, and never dawdled when I asked for lunch or physical therapy supervision. This is the company to use should you or your family member find yourself in my situation. Five stars.”
“I cannot say enough, and there are no amount of stars to express my gratitude to Always Best Care Senior Services and Rebecca Prouty. There are seven of us kids who love our mom dearly, and it was a painful realization that we could no longer care for her in one of our homes. What an incredible blessing and comfort it was to have Rebecca walk alongside us to find a place for our mom. She didn’t just refer us to an incredible home and disappear. She was available and responsive to any questions, second thoughts, hesitations, etc. that we had. We felt like we were trying to find a place for our newborn baby and she took on that burden with us. Not only was she in constant communication with us during the process of finding a home, but she remembered the day we were moving her in and sent a Text asking how it went. And then truly celebrated with us because it went better than we could have ever imagined, and we all had such peace. I would highly recommend Always Best Care Senior Services … you can 100% trust that you will receive the “Best Care!””

Sincerely, Sandra Mistretta Rn Nurturing Neighborhood Nurse”
“We were referred to Rebecca and her company while my father was in Temecula Valley Hospital. He was not eligible to be discharged to a rehab facility, but was definitely in need to help in returning home. Rebecca assessed his needs and limitations, and sent over a very kind aide the very next day. She helped my father in returning to independent living. She also coordinated some PT visits, My sister and I live on the east coast and my father is alone in CA. We arranged this with Rebecca via several phone calls. We felt confident that our father was in good hands when we couldn't be close by. Thank you!”
“I am so grateful for the resource I have in Always Best Care! You’re never prepared when you’re going to need assistance like this, and I can’t express how much it meant to have Tracey there every step of the way, knowing that I and my mother were in the best hands! Her expertise In placement and knowing the best fit for my mother was truly a blessing. So grateful she was there for me and my mom!!”
“Always best care is a really wonderful establishment. Always Best Care invests so much into their workers to provide the best senior care possible. I would recommend Always Best Care 110%!”
“My overall experience working for this company has been amazing. The care that they provide for their clients is top notch. When it comes to Senior Care they go above.”
“Always best provides great care. They are really good at matching caregivers to the senior. I would highly recommend them for any senior care needs.”
“I can not express enough praise for Always Best Care of Temecula. They were very easy to reach, always returned calls and helped me with placement of both of my parents in the Temecula area. In dealing with Tracy Durling everything went perfectly and as planned. They made placement of my parents a smooth transition. Thank you to everyone involved.”
“Cannot say enough about the people at Always Best Care in Temecula. We had an urgent need for care for my Mom…..and Rebecca was incredibly helpful in quickly lining up caregivers to help us. The communication and organization was outstanding. And the caregivers Jessica and Christina went above and beyond. Working with Charmain on the business and invoicing side was also very easy. Overall great experience and highly recommend ABC.”
“I cared for my father for many years, but after he fell and fractured his pelvis I realized I could no longer care for him on my own. Tracy from ABC stepped in and helped find an assisted living facility with wonderful, caring people. I will forever be beholden to Tracy for her compassion and sensitivity during this very emotional time.”
“Rebecca and her team are amazing, caring, and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for their support and guidance through difficult times.”
“I would like to provide my experience with ABC. My husband came home from the hospital and into hospice care. It was such a very emotional time. I hired ABC for 24-hour care to assist. What I received was the most caring individuals who gave both me and my husband the best care a person could ask for. Not only were they very highly qualified, they cared for my husband with the utmost compassion, as they also did for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 15. I had 3 different ladies on 8 hour shifts, and I can say that I love them all and could not have asked for more. I would give this organization a 100% recommendation. Thank you so much Rebecca and your staff for such caring service. I will never forget the loving care you provided.”
“Rebecca Prouty has gone above and beyond with helping my mother and I. She takes time to learn the entire situation and shows great compassion. I would not have been able to handle my mom with dementia as smoothly without Rebecca’s help.”
“Rebecca went above and beyond when my father was at Temecula Hospital. She patiently recommended an independent living facility and explained what services she could help us with. I live in NY, so she actually met my dad when he was moving into the facility. She communicated with me by call and text several times with updates.”
“I can not say enough about Rebekah! She truly was by my side and went through my whole end of life journey with my dad offering me support and guidance. She's incredibly caring and personable and knowledgeable. She doesn't just act like she cares... she honestly cares! I know this because we never used her services. My dad's level of care was not a fit for her company. This did not stop her from working off hours to find help for his unique needs and situation. She kept on mind my mom's wishes as well to be by his side and both of their personalities. She found things I wouldn't have been able to find by simply googling because she knows the business and what local companies have to offer. She talked to me as I cried and struggled through the ever-changing circumstances and never left me hanging when i felt scared and hopeless. Thank you Rebekah.. you truly made a difference for me and my family during this heart-wrenching time.”
“Rebecca and the team are diligent in their work and actually care. I am in a local business network with Rebecca, and have worked with several businesses within the senior care industry, and Always Best Care Senior Services is certainly one of the best. If you are looking for senior services, I could not urge you more than to reach out to the team. Their staff is warm, caring, and thoughtful, and I am certain that they will be able to help anyone along the journey.”
“Tracy helped me and my mom so much when our situation got iffy. She was on it, setting us up at a board and care to fit my mom's unique needs, and home health care company to go with it. She did everything. I couldn't be more thankful to have her during that critical turning point. She'd always stop by and check on my mom at the facility, even brought her a new plant and heartfelt card to the new place. Asks me about her once in a while ???? incredibly caring. I'm even looking to Always Best Care in the state I live to help facilitate a move in the near future because they've shown me their trustworthiness. This is something I never was prepared for and turned my world upsidedown. It's hard enough when faced with the enormity of caring for a loved one in this way. There's options out there, and there's help to show you ☝️ Please don't shoulder this alone, take care of you, too.”
“You never expect to be put in a situation where you have a family emergency and you need to make decisions within a short amount of time all while living out of state and you need help with your parent. Rebecca and her team helped my family navigate this difficult transition and provided services and resources without hesitation. We made great decisions in a short amount of time. She had the resources and connections I needed! We could not have done this on our own and we are so grateful that we were connected to Always Best Senior Care Services I was able to return home with the solutions that I needed and the peace of mind that I desired! .”
“We had a wonderful experience with Always Best Care and cannot say enough good things about the compassionate, professional team—especially the amazing caregivers who helped my mother over the course of four years. During that time, the caregivers became like extended family. They treated my mom with incredible kindness, respect, and patience, and it gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Rebecca, the owner, as well as her daughter, Holly, were always responsive and personally involved. They made sure my mom’s needs were met and were there every step of the way. When my mom eventually needed a higher level of care, Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect Residential Care Facility. Their support during that transition was invaluable. We are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine compassion that Always Best Care provided. I highly recommend them to any family looking for reliable, loving in-home care for a loved one.”
“We are so grateful to Tracy Durling & the team at Always Best Care Temecula Valley. Tracy was so instrumental in assisting us place our mom in a nearby assisted living home in Murrieta. If you want someone who is caring, personable & very professional then Tracy will be an excellent choice.”
“Always Best Care has been an absolute blessing to my family. Rebecca Proust took time out of her busy schedule to assist me with my concerns about my father in law. She directed my husband and I on programs that helped my father in law with additional help that was much needed. They are always professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you, The Adams Family”
“Thank you Tracy for helping me get through the hardest days of my life. Your compassion and understanding are so commendable. I highly recommend you.”
“Tracy of Always Best Care was exceptionally helpful in finding a placement for my mom. She listened and found me two senior care locations to view. This has been an incredibly easy transition for our family bringing her closer to us in Menifee.”
“Rebecca did such an amazing job helping me find Placement for my sweet friend who was on a very limited budget! I highly recommend Rebecca.”
“I have worked with Always Best Care for years and with three different family members. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and Tracy who are both compassionate and supportive to both the patient and the family members. Their service truly goes above and beyond. We needed specific care for my father and they found us the perfect group home for him, they were amazing and as my mom was recovering ❤️???? from heart surgery she joined him there. After losing my dad in Dec of ‘23 when my mom was ready Tracy recommended the perfect Assisted Living Facility in Murrieta for her. While it’s an inevitable new chapter Tracy has even checked in to see how she is doing. I cannot recommend them enough! Our entire family is so grateful to Always Best Care!”
“When we found that we were unable to care for my husband Tracy provided timely options in a clean and caring home. As we are on ssi she also took our ability to pay into consideration. The caretakers are kind and knowledgeable in basic, safe care.”
“Tracey was very helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. Highly recommend”
“From the very beginning, for about a year I spoke with Tracy Durling about my mom’s situation. Tracy came over and met my mom and we started talking about different assisted living facilities in the area. After about a year we finally were easy to tour some facilities and we decided on one, which was one that Tracy highly recommended. My mom have been there for about 7 months now and she loves it there. If it wasn’t for Tracy and her knowledge of these facilities and the huge heart she has to help people, I truly don’t know how I would have done this on my own. If anyone is looking to put a loved one in assisted living or even have home care, I would most definitely call Always Best Care Senior Services, they are the best and go out of their way to meet your needs.”
“During the busy holiday season Rebecca was helpful in finding me a nurse to assist with my grandfather to allow us to have him outside of the memory care facility for the holidays. Rebecca was thorough, compassionate, understanding and very successful at finding us an option that fit our needs in a short request window during a very busy season. I am so thankful for my grandfathers hospices providers recommendation to reach out to Always Best Care.”
“Our ABC caregiver has been excellent. He treats my mentally and physically disabled husband with respect, dignity, and kindness. My husband can be aggressive and angry, but our ABC caregiver has the experience to handle the situation and keep them both safe. This is unlike other caregiving services we have employed, where caregivers just walked out once they found out my husband could get aggressive. I would highly recommend ABC for the care of your loved one.”
“The group at Always Best Care was so helpful and knowledgable in helping us find senior care for my mother quickly. They made excellent recommendations that fit our needs. Tracy was wonderful to work with mom and family.”
Home is where the heart is. While that saying can sound a tad cliche, it is especially true for many seniors living in America. When given a choice, older adults most often prefer to grow older at home. An AARP study found that three out of four adults over the age of 50 want to stay in their homes and communities as they age.
When you begin to think about why, it makes sense. Home offers a sense of security, comfort, and familiarity.
The truth is, as we age, we begin to rely on others for help. When a family is too busy or lives too far away to fulfill this role, in-home senior care is often the best solution. Home care services allow seniors to enjoy personal independence while also receiving trustworthy assistance from a trained caregiver.
At Always Best Care, we offer a comprehensive range of home care services to help seniors stay healthy while they get the help they need to remain independent. As your senior loved one gets older, giving them the gift of senior care is one of the best ways to show your love, even if you live far away.
To give our senior clients the best care possible, we offer a full spectrum of in-home care services:
If your senior loved one has specific care needs, our personal care services are a great choice to consider. Personal care includes the standard caregiving duties associated with companion care and includes help with tasks such as dressing and grooming. Personal care can also help individuals with chronic conditions like diabetes.
Common personal care services include assistance with:
Sometimes, seniors need helpful reminders to maintain a high quality of life at home. If you or your senior has trouble with everyday tasks like cooking, our home helper services will be very beneficial.
Common home helper care services include assistance with:
Using this kind of care is a fantastic way to make life easier for you or your senior loved one. At Always Best Care, our talented caregivers often fill the role of a companion for seniors. That way, older adults can enjoy their favorite local activities, such as visiting Centennial Park in Menifee, CA with friends while also receiving the care they need daily or weekly.
Common companionship services include:
According to AARP, more than 53 million adults living in the U.S. provide care to someone over 50 years old. Unfortunately, these caregivers experience stress, exhaustion, and even depression. Our respite care services help family caregivers address urgent obligations, spend time with their children, and enjoy nearby activities. Perhaps more importantly, respite care gives family members time to recharge and regroup. Taking personal time to de-stress reduces the risk of caregiver burnout. So, if you've always wanted to eat at the local Savage Chef Bar & Grill or visit Historic Sun City Traffic Lights, don't feel bad. Doing so is great for both you and your loved one.
At the end of the day, our goal is to become a valuable part of your senior's daily routine. That way, we may help give them the highest quality of life possible. We know that staying at home is important for your loved one, and we are here to help make sure that is possible.
If you have been on the fence about non-medical home care, there has never been a better time than now to give your senior the care, assistance, and companionship they deserve.
Always Best Care in-home services are for older adults who prefer to stay at home but need ongoing care that friends and family cannot provide. In-home care is a safe, effective way for seniors to age gracefully in a familiar place and live independent, non-institutionalized lives. The benefits of non-medical home care are numerous. Here are just a few reasons to consider senior care services from Always Best Care:
According to AARP, 9 out of 10 seniors prefer to age in place within the comfort of their own home. With in-home care, seniors have a way to stay at home, receive the care they need, and maintain a sense of independence, improving overall wellness.
If you or a member of your family have assumed the role of caregiver for your senior loved one, you know how stressful the job can be. Between caregiver burnout and constant worry, being a family caregiver is hard. In-home care relieves your burden and gives you peace of mind knowing that your older family member is in expert hands.
Unlike nursing homes, where the staff and residents rotate frequently, seniors can foster new friendships and build bonds with their caregiver. Seniors who socialize on a regular basis are often happier, which fosters positivity and leads to increased wellbeing.
No two seniors need the same kind of in-home care assistance. That is why each of our Care Plans is tailored to meet our client's individual needs. We offer plans that cover everything from light housekeeping to more involved duties like transportation to doctor's appointments. Our Care Coordinators will work closely with you to develop a personalized plan to ensure your senior's needs are exceeded.
Always Best Care offers a full array of care options for patients at all levels of health. With our trusted elderly care services, your loved one will receive the level of care necessary for them to enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

While it's true that some seniors have complicated medical needs that prevent them from staying at home, aging in place is often the best arrangement for seniors and their families. With a trusted caregiver, seniors have the opportunity to live with a sense of dignity and do so as they see fit - something that is unavailable to many older people today.
In-home care makes it possible for millions of seniors to age in place every year. Rather than moving to a strange nursing home, seniors have the chance to stay at home where they feel the happiest and most comfortable.
How much does a senior's home truly mean to them?
A study published by the American Society on Aging found that more than half of seniors say their home's emotional value means more than how much their home is worth in monetary value. It stands to reason, then, that a senior's home is where they want to grow old.
With the help of elderly care in Menifee, CA, seniors don't have to age in a sterilized care facility. Instead, they can age gracefully in the place they want to be most: their home. In contrast, seniors who move to a long-term care facility must adapt to new environments, new people, and new systems that the facility implements. At this stage in life, this kind of drastic change can be more harmful than helpful.
Institutional care facilities like nursing homes often put large groups of people together to live in one location. On any given day, dozens of staff members and caregivers run in and out of these facilities. Being around so many new people in a relatively small living environment can be dangerous for a seniors' health and wellbeing. When you consider that thousands of seniors passed away in nursing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, opting for in-home care is often a safer, healthier choice for seniors.
Aging in place has been shown to improve seniors' quality of life, which helps boost physical health and also helps insulate them from viral and bacterial risks found in elderly living facilities.
For many seniors, the ability to live independently with assistance from a caregiver is a priceless option. With in-home care, seniors experience a higher level of independence and freedom - much more so than in other settings like a nursing home. When a senior has the chance to age in place, they get to live life on their own terms, inside the house that they helped make into a home. More independence means more control over their personal lives, too, which leads to increased levels of fulfillment, happiness, and personal gratification. Over time, these positive feelings can manifest into a healthier, longer life.
More independence, a healthier life, and increased comfort are only a few benefits of aging in place. You have to take into consideration the role of cost and convenience. Simply put, it's usually easier and more affordable to help seniors age in place than it is to move them into an institutional care facility. According to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, seniors who age in the comfort of their homes can save thousands of dollars per month.
In-home care services from Always Best Care, for instance, are often less expensive than long-term solutions, which can cost upwards of six figures per year. To make matters worse, many residential care facilities are reluctant to accept long-term care insurance and other types of payment assistance.
With Always Best Care's home care services, seniors and their families have a greater level of control over their care plans. In-home care gives seniors the chance to form a bond with a trusted caregiver and also receive unmatched care that is catered to their needs. In long-term care facilities, seniors and their loved ones have much less control over their care plan and have less of a say in who provides their care.
In-home care is a valuable resource that empowers seniors to age in place on their own terms. However, a big concern for many families and their loved ones is how much in-home care costs. If you're worried that in-home care is too expensive, you may be pleasantly surprised to learn that it is one of the most affordable senior care arrangements available.
Typically, hiring an Always Best Care in-home caregiver for a few hours a week is more affordable than sending your loved one to a long-term care facility. This is true even for seniors with more complex care needs.
At Always Best Care, we will work closely with you and your family to develop a Care Plan that not only meets your care needs, but your budget requirements, too. Once we discover the level of care that you or your senior need, we develop an in-home care plan that you can afford.
In addition to our flexible care options, families should also consider the following resources to help offset potential home care costs:
When you or your senior loved one needs assistance managing daily tasks at home, finding a qualified caregiver can be challenging. It takes a special kind of person to provide reliable care for your senior loved one. However, a caregiver's role involves more than meal preparation and medication reminders. Many seniors rely on their caregivers for companionship, too.
Our companion care services give seniors the chance to socialize in a safe environment and engage in activities at home. These important efforts boost morale and provide much-needed relief from repetitive daily routines. A one-on-one, engaging conversation can sharpen seniors' minds and give them something in which to be excited.
At Always Best Care, we only hire care providers that we would trust to care for our own loved ones. Our senior caregivers in Menifee, CA understand how important it is to listen and communicate with their seniors. A seemingly small interaction, like a short hug goodbye, can make a major difference in a senior's day. Instead of battling against feelings of isolation, seniors begin to look forward to seeing their caregiver each week.
Understanding the nuances of senior care is just one of the reasons why our care providers are so great at their job.
Unlike some senior care companies, our caregivers must undergo extensive training before they work for Always Best Care. In addition, our caregivers receive ongoing training throughout the year. This training ensures that their standard of care matches up to the high standards we've come to expect. During this training, they will brush up on their communication skills, safety awareness, and symptom spotting. That way, your loved one receives the highest level of non-medical home care from day one.
While it's true that many seniors prefer to age at home, sometimes in-home care isn't the best fit. For those seniors and their families, choosing an assisted living facility makes more sense. Unfortunately, finding the optimal care facility is easier said than done in today's day and age. That's when Always Best Care's assisted living referral services begin to make a lot of sense.
Assisted living is a form of housing intended for seniors who require varying degrees of medical and personal attention. Accommodations may include single rooms, apartments, or shared living arrangements. Assisted living communities are typically designed to resemble a home-like environment and are physically constructed to encourage the independence of residents.
At assisted living communities, seniors receive help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. They may also benefit from coordination of services with outside healthcare providers, and monitoring of resident activities to ensure their health, safety, and well-being. Caregivers who work at assisted living communities can also provide medication administration and personal care services for older adults.
Other services offered within assisted living communities can include some or all of the following:
At Always Best Care, our representatives can match your senior's emotional, physical, and financial needs with viable assisted living communities nearby. Results are based on comparative data, so you can select the best choice for you or your loved one.
Always Best Care works closely with local senior living communities to gain valuable knowledge that we then use to help seniors and their loved ones make informed decisions. This information can include basic care and rent, resident availability, and services provided. Because Always Best Care is compensated by these communities, we provide senior living referral services at no extra cost to you.
Some of the most popular assisted living communities to consider in our area include the following:
For many seniors, moving into a senior living community revolves around how and when they want to make a transition to more involved care. Some seniors are more proactive about transitioning to independent living. Others choose to remain home until their care needs or other requirements are satisfied. Remember - our staff is here to help. Contact our office today to learn more about assisted living communities and how we can find a facility that exceeds your expectations.
The first step in getting quality in-home care starts with a personal consultation with an experienced Always Best Care Care Coordinator. This initial consultation is crucial for our team to learn more about you or your elderly loved one to discover the level of care required. Topics of this consultation typically include:
A discussion of your needs and how our trained caregivers can offer assistance in the most effective way
A draft of your care plan, which includes highly detailed notes and a framework for the care that you or your senior will receive
Discuss payment options and help coordinate billing with your insurance provider
Our caregivers are trained to spot changes that clients exhibit, like mental and physical decline. As your trusted senior care company, we will constantly assess and update your Care Plan to meet any new emotional, intellectual, physical, and emotional needs.
If you have never considered in-home care before, we understand that you and your family may have concerns about your Care Plan and its Care Coordinator. To help give you peace of mind, know that every team member and caregiver must undergo comprehensive training before being assigned to a Care Plan.
At the end of the day, we only hire the best of the best at Always Best Care. Whether you need home care in Menifee, CA 24-hours a day or only need a respite for a couple of hours, we are here to serve you.
When you're ready, we encourage you to contact your local Always Best Care representative to set up a Care Consultation. Our Care Coordinators would be happy to meet with you in person to get to know you better, discuss your needs, and help put together a personalized Care Plan specific to your needs.

MENIFEE, CA —There was no official ceremony to mark the official opening of Freedom Bridge in Menifee on Thursday, but that didn't stop dozens of residents from getting a view of the bridge and cars celebrating the occasion with patriotic music and honks.
After more than one year of construction, and years of concern for Menifee residents, the $16 Million "Freedom Bridge" built over the Salt Creek Wash was seeing traffic flow and visitors.
Construction on the Bradley Road Bridge project broke ground last year with completion expected this fall. Bradley Road was fully closed between Rio Vista Drive and Potomac Drive for more than one year while crews worked on the project.
The bridge allows motorists and pedestrians to travel north-south over the wash, and was designed to prevent flooding on Bradley Road during storms.
The bridge was also expected to enhance response times of first responders throughout the city.
In July, Bradley Road Bridge was renamed the Freedom Bridge by the Menifee City Council. It was recommended by the city's Veterans and Military Families Advisory Committee to honor the veteran and military community, the city said.
Nearby residents like Lidia Williams trickled out of their homes with neighbors to see if the bridge was open late Friday afternoon. The bridge was opened earlier than the scheduled time of 5 p.m. Thursday but that didn't stop cars from honking their horns and vehicles blasting American-themed songs as they traveled over the bridge.
Williams, a Los Angeles native, said in the 3 years she has been living in Menifee, she has seen a lot of changes and growth, but the bridge is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and worth the investment.
"The last really bad rain that we had it was so flooded, we couldn't use it. People were getting stranded so they finally decided — especially with this being a senior community — to shut it down and make it safe for us. We also use the walking path a lot and they had to close it out because it was so flooded," she told Patch.
Williams said areas like McCall Boulevard and Bradley Road need maintenance, and welcomed the idea of more projects in the city that improve infrastructure.
Tami McCarthy said since moving to Menifee 9 years ago, the wash has been frequently flooded and dangerous for motorists and pedestrians. She said she has seen multiple cars stranded and flooded in the wash, and even recalled witnessing an elderly woman stranded in the wash who was rescued by good Samaritans.
She said taking a detour to access Newport Road was inconvenient but she was pleased the bridge has finally come to fruition.
"I moved in 9 years ago and the first rain when I went to work, I was like, how do I get out of here, this road was flooded, so we've been cheering for this for a long time," McCarthy told Patch.
City officials are planning a ceremony celebrating the opening of Freedom Bridge on Oct. 13.

The Freedom Bridge at Bradley Road addresses historic flooding that occurred during rain events, creating a safer roadway for motorists and helping ensure faster response times for first responders.
MENIFEE, CA – City leaders, elected officials, staff, and community members gathered on Tuesday, October 13, to commemorate the official opening of the Freedom Bridge at Bradley Road. The 365-foot-long bridge will address historic flooding that occurred on Bradley Road at Salt Creek and regularly forced the road to close during rain events.
Formerly known as the Bradley Road Bridge over Salt Creek, the bridge was recently renamed the Freedom Bridge by the Menifee City Council based on a recommendation from the City’s Veterans and Military Families Advisory Committee. Banners highlighting all six branches of the U.S. Military were installed along Freedom Bridge to honor Menifee’s veteran and military community.
The new bridge benefits the Menifee community by:
“The opening of Freedom Bridge represents another significant investment in Menifee’s infrastructure and our commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents,” said Mayor Pro Tem and District 1 Councilmember Bob Karwin. “This long-awaited project not only provides a safer and more reliable connection for our community, but also improves emergency response capabilities and addresses longstanding flooding concerns that will benefit Menifee families for generations to come.”
The $16 million project was fully funded through a combination of federal, state, county, and local sources, including the City of Menifee’s Quality of Life Measure, Federal funds, Riverside County Flood Control, and Local Transportation Climate Adaptation Program (LTCAP) funding.
ABOUT MENIFEE: Situated in the heart of southern Riverside County along Interstate 215, Menifee is a vibrant, new city of more than 125,000 residents who enjoy a pleasant year-round climate, abundant recreational offerings, reasonably priced housing, and convenient proximity to some of Southern California’s premier attractions and employment centers. Within its 50 square miles, Menifee’s business, retail, and entertainment outlets are starting to shape the community’s character and this growing economic base is also contributing favorably to the city’s strong financial position. Menifee’s growing family-oriented population values the city’s ongoing commitment to public safety, community events, and smart growth for the future. All these elements are working together to support the city’s strategic vision to make Menifee one of the best cities in California.
