“Rebecca is someone I know personally through BNI, and what stands out most is her character and genuine care for people. I have not personally used Always Best Care’s services, but I have seen how passionate Rebecca is about helping families during difficult times. She has also been a great resource for a friend who was going through a hard situation with his father-in-law, offering guidance and support when it was really needed. Rebecca truly cares about people, and that matters a lot when families are looking for someone they can trust.”

“The ABC team is wonderful. I wish we had met Rebecca when we had been looking for and transitioning from one level home to the next for our mother. Her kindness and empathy are tangible. If you know someone who always deserves best care. Reach out to her or her team.”

“I met the owner of Always Best Care and felt compelled to write this review. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade and have met many people who claim to care, but when speaking with Rebecca, you can genuinely feel that she truly does. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to helping others stand out immediately. It’s rare to meet someone who leads with both heart and integrity, and Rebecca is clearly one of the best. I would absolutely recommend Always Best Care to anyone looking for quality care and people they can truly trust.”

If you or someone you know needs senior care you absolutely have to contact Rebecca.”

“Rebecca Prouty at Always Best Care is truly one of the most caring people I’ve met. “Always Best Care has been exceptional for my wife and me. The support from Christina is incredible and she is very professional. Highly recommend.”

“I have been with always best care for over 16 mos. They have been outstanding! They caregivers have been extremely qualified, compassionate and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone in need. I started with full care as I was bedridden. Now I’ve been progressing to wheel chair and walker and they help with transportation and physical therapy”

“I am so happy that I met Rebecca. I sent her a message via her webpage and she called me right away even though it was Saturday. She went above and beyond what I expected. At first I thought it would be best for my dad to be in a group home, so she arranged for me to meet the owners and tour three great options. Then I changed my mind and I told her I wanted to see assisted living facilities. She again arranged for me to see several places. One of them was the perfect match for our needs. Rebecca was so friendly and professional both times. Without her help, I never would have been so sure I found the best place for my dad. I'm happy and so is my dad. Thank you Rebecca”

“Working with Rebecca with Always Best Care Senior Services was a godsend during an incredibly difficult time. Rebecca was truly an angel, she truly listened deeply to our needs and budget, providing compassionate guidance when we needed it most. It felt like a miracle how quickly everything fell into place. She found the perfect board and care for my husband. Rebeca was there each step of the process and followed up a month later to check on us. I truly do not have the words to express how thankful and grateful I am for her support and professionalism. If you’re navigating hospice care, this is the support you need. We are eternally grateful!”

“A professional and compassionate team. I had to scramble to get assistance after having a hip and shoulder break, after a bad fall. I called Rebecca, the owner at 3pm Wednesday to start a full time care situation for four days beginning the next day at noon. She came through without any difficulties at all, even though I was leaving a hospital a 2 hour drive distant so there wasn’t an opportunity for me to sign papers for my care until a few hours after the aide was already at my home to care for me. The aides have helped supervise my walker walking, showers, drying my hair and getting dressed with tenderness and patience. They stripped beds and washed sheets and laundry without my even asking. One even wiped off patio chairs so I could enjoy some time out in the fresh air. They have each been kind and helpful in different ways, and never dawdled when I asked for lunch or physical therapy supervision. This is the company to use should you or your family member find yourself in my situation. Five stars.”

“I cannot say enough, and there are no amount of stars to express my gratitude to Always Best Care Senior Services and Rebecca Prouty. There are seven of us kids who love our mom dearly, and it was a painful realization that we could no longer care for her in one of our homes. What an incredible blessing and comfort it was to have Rebecca walk alongside us to find a place for our mom. She didn’t just refer us to an incredible home and disappear. She was available and responsive to any questions, second thoughts, hesitations, etc. that we had. We felt like we were trying to find a place for our newborn baby and she took on that burden with us. Not only was she in constant communication with us during the process of finding a home, but she remembered the day we were moving her in and sent a Text asking how it went. And then truly celebrated with us because it went better than we could have ever imagined, and we all had such peace. I would highly recommend Always Best Care Senior Services … you can 100% trust that you will receive the “Best Care!””

“We were referred to Rebecca and her company while my father was in Temecula Valley Hospital. He was not eligible to be discharged to a rehab facility, but was definitely in need to help in returning home. Rebecca assessed his needs and limitations, and sent over a very kind aide the very next day. She helped my father in returning to independent living. She also coordinated some PT visits, My sister and I live on the east coast and my father is alone in CA. We arranged this with Rebecca via several phone calls. We felt confident that our father was in good hands when we couldn't be close by. Thank you!”

“I am so grateful for the resource I have in Always Best Care! You’re never prepared when you’re going to need assistance like this, and I can’t express how much it meant to have Tracey there every step of the way, knowing that I and my mother were in the best hands! Her expertise In placement and knowing the best fit for my mother was truly a blessing. So grateful she was there for me and my mom!!”

“Always best provides great care. They are really good at matching caregivers to the senior. I would highly recommend them for any senior care needs.”

“I can not express enough praise for Always Best Care of Temecula. They were very easy to reach, always returned calls and helped me with placement of both of my parents in the Temecula area. In dealing with Tracy Durling everything went perfectly and as planned. They made placement of my parents a smooth transition. Thank you to everyone involved.”

“Cannot say enough about the people at Always Best Care in Temecula. We had an urgent need for care for my Mom…..and Rebecca was incredibly helpful in quickly lining up caregivers to help us. The communication and organization was outstanding. And the caregivers Jessica and Christina went above and beyond. Working with Charmain on the business and invoicing side was also very easy. Overall great experience and highly recommend ABC.”

“I cared for my father for many years, but after he fell and fractured his pelvis I realized I could no longer care for him on my own. Tracy from ABC stepped in and helped find an assisted living facility with wonderful, caring people. I will forever be beholden to Tracy for her compassion and sensitivity during this very emotional time.”

“Rebecca and her team are amazing, caring, and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for their support and guidance through difficult times.”

“I would like to provide my experience with ABC. My husband came home from the hospital and into hospice care. It was such a very emotional time. I hired ABC for 24-hour care to assist. What I received was the most caring individuals who gave both me and my husband the best care a person could ask for. Not only were they very highly qualified, they cared for my husband with the utmost compassion, as they also did for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 15. I had 3 different ladies on 8 hour shifts, and I can say that I love them all and could not have asked for more. I would give this organization a 100% recommendation. Thank you so much Rebecca and your staff for such caring service. I will never forget the loving care you provided.”

“Rebecca Prouty has gone above and beyond with helping my mother and I. She takes time to learn the entire situation and shows great compassion. I would not have been able to handle my mom with dementia as smoothly without Rebecca’s help.”

“Rebecca went above and beyond when my father was at Temecula Hospital. She patiently recommended an independent living facility and explained what services she could help us with. I live in NY, so she actually met my dad when he was moving into the facility. She communicated with me by call and text several times with updates.”

“I can not say enough about Rebekah! She truly was by my side and went through my whole end of life journey with my dad offering me support and guidance. She's incredibly caring and personable and knowledgeable. She doesn't just act like she cares... she honestly cares! I know this because we never used her services. My dad's level of care was not a fit for her company. This did not stop her from working off hours to find help for his unique needs and situation. She kept on mind my mom's wishes as well to be by his side and both of their personalities. She found things I wouldn't have been able to find by simply googling because she knows the business and what local companies have to offer. She talked to me as I cried and struggled through the ever-changing circumstances and never left me hanging when i felt scared and hopeless. Thank you Rebekah.. you truly made a difference for me and my family during this heart-wrenching time.”

“Rebecca and the team are diligent in their work and actually care. I am in a local business network with Rebecca, and have worked with several businesses within the senior care industry, and Always Best Care Senior Services is certainly one of the best. If you are looking for senior services, I could not urge you more than to reach out to the team. Their staff is warm, caring, and thoughtful, and I am certain that they will be able to help anyone along the journey.”

“Tracy helped me and my mom so much when our situation got iffy. She was on it, setting us up at a board and care to fit my mom's unique needs, and home health care company to go with it. She did everything. I couldn't be more thankful to have her during that critical turning point. She'd always stop by and check on my mom at the facility, even brought her a new plant and heartfelt card to the new place. Asks me about her once in a while ???? incredibly caring. I'm even looking to Always Best Care in the state I live to help facilitate a move in the near future because they've shown me their trustworthiness. This is something I never was prepared for and turned my world upsidedown. It's hard enough when faced with the enormity of caring for a loved one in this way. There's options out there, and there's help to show you ☝️ Please don't shoulder this alone, take care of you, too.”

“You never expect to be put in a situation where you have a family emergency and you need to make decisions within a short amount of time all while living out of state and you need help with your parent. Rebecca and her team helped my family navigate this difficult transition and provided services and resources without hesitation. We made great decisions in a short amount of time. She had the resources and connections I needed! We could not have done this on our own and we are so grateful that we were connected to Always Best Senior Care Services I was able to return home with the solutions that I needed and the peace of mind that I desired! .”

“We had a wonderful experience with Always Best Care and cannot say enough good things about the compassionate, professional team—especially the amazing caregivers who helped my mother over the course of four years. During that time, the caregivers became like extended family. They treated my mom with incredible kindness, respect, and patience, and it gave our family so much peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. Rebecca, the owner, as well as her daughter, Holly, were always responsive and personally involved. They made sure my mom’s needs were met and were there every step of the way. When my mom eventually needed a higher level of care, Rebecca and her team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect Residential Care Facility. Their support during that transition was invaluable. We are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine compassion that Always Best Care provided. I highly recommend them to any family looking for reliable, loving in-home care for a loved one.”

“Always Best Care has been an absolute blessing to my family. Rebecca Proust took time out of her busy schedule to assist me with my concerns about my father in law. She directed my husband and I on programs that helped my father in law with additional help that was much needed. They are always professional, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you, The Adams Family”

“Thank you Tracy for helping me get through the hardest days of my life. Your compassion and understanding are so commendable. I highly recommend you.”

“Tracy of Always Best Care was exceptionally helpful in finding a placement for my mom. She listened and found me two senior care locations to view. This has been an incredibly easy transition for our family bringing her closer to us in Menifee.”

“Rebecca did such an amazing job helping me find Placement for my sweet friend who was on a very limited budget! I highly recommend Rebecca.”

“I have worked with Always Best Care for years and with three different family members. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and Tracy who are both compassionate and supportive to both the patient and the family members. Their service truly goes above and beyond. We needed specific care for my father and they found us the perfect group home for him, they were amazing and as my mom was recovering ❤️‍???? from heart surgery she joined him there. After losing my dad in Dec of ‘23 when my mom was ready Tracy recommended the perfect Assisted Living Facility in Murrieta for her. While it’s an inevitable new chapter Tracy has even checked in to see how she is doing. I cannot recommend them enough! Our entire family is so grateful to Always Best Care!”

“When we found that we were unable to care for my husband Tracy provided timely options in a clean and caring home. As we are on ssi she also took our ability to pay into consideration. The caretakers are kind and knowledgeable in basic, safe care.”

“Tracey was very helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. Highly recommend”

“From the very beginning, for about a year I spoke with Tracy Durling about my mom’s situation. Tracy came over and met my mom and we started talking about different assisted living facilities in the area. After about a year we finally were easy to tour some facilities and we decided on one, which was one that Tracy highly recommended. My mom have been there for about 7 months now and she loves it there. If it wasn’t for Tracy and her knowledge of these facilities and the huge heart she has to help people, I truly don’t know how I would have done this on my own. If anyone is looking to put a loved one in assisted living or even have home care, I would most definitely call Always Best Care Senior Services, they are the best and go out of their way to meet your needs.”

“During the busy holiday season Rebecca was helpful in finding me a nurse to assist with my grandfather to allow us to have him outside of the memory care facility for the holidays. Rebecca was thorough, compassionate, understanding and very successful at finding us an option that fit our needs in a short request window during a very busy season. I am so thankful for my grandfathers hospices providers recommendation to reach out to Always Best Care.”

“Our ABC caregiver has been excellent. He treats my mentally and physically disabled husband with respect, dignity, and kindness. My husband can be aggressive and angry, but our ABC caregiver has the experience to handle the situation and keep them both safe. This is unlike other caregiving services we have employed, where caregivers just walked out once they found out my husband could get aggressive. I would highly recommend ABC for the care of your loved one.”

“The group at Always Best Care was so helpful and knowledgable in helping us find senior care for my mother quickly. They made excellent recommendations that fit our needs. Tracy was wonderful to work with mom and family.”
