“Always Best Care has worked very hard with our family to provide what was needed to keep my mom at my home. Our Case Manager Paula checks in with us routinely to make sure our needs are being met. She found a special Angel named Paula Batiste to help me on Tuesday & Thursday. My husband & I look forward to her smile when she enters the door. Mom loves her. She is hard working & patient. When I first walked in I was greeted very politely by Dee… upon interviewing with Tay she asked so many knowledgeable questions about my experience in healthcare. Ro and Jade in scheduling are the boom. They work with you in getting the schedule to fit your needs. So far working with the staff at ABC has been a breeze. I would recommend them. I can offer so many suggestions but it will go over their heads. I love my ABC co workers would trade them for some more money tho????.”

“I am a current client of this provider Always Best Care of Metro Baton Rouge was very responsive. They had trouble getting weekend help. Somebody was supposed to come last Saturday and didn't. They didn't come the previous Saturday. So we've only had help on Sundays with them. In fact, I got to call today and see if they're lined up for this weekend. You just remind them. Mom and Dad had been happy. I know they go through an extensive screening process. They help get Mom to the bathroom, get her dressed, take care of her, and are very attentive to her. They mop the floors on their own. They're trying to stay busy.”
