Now Offering the Medicare GUIDE Dementia Program – At No Cost to You*

We are proud to introduce an exciting new service that brings real relief to families caring for a loved one with dementia. Always Best Care Senior Services is now offering access to the Medicare Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Program — an innovative, no-cost program designed to support individuals with moderate to severe dementia and their unpaid family caregivers.

*Must qualify under the traditional Medicare program.

Through the GUIDE program, eligible families receive virtual dementia care coordination, ongoing nurse check-ins, and even paid respite care — all fully covered for those who qualify under traditional Medicare.

Program Highlights:

  • Up to 72 hours of paid respite care annually
  • Regular check-ins with dementia-trained nurses
  • 24/7 helpline for caregiver support and emergencies
  • Medication reviews and chronic disease management
  • Caregiver education, coaching, and support
  • Seamless coordination with your current healthcare providers
  • Referrals to helpful community resources

Who’s Eligible?

To participate, individuals must:
  • Have a diagnosis of moderate or severe dementia
  • Be enrolled in Traditional Medicare (Parts A & B) – not Medicare Advantage
  • Not enrolled in Medicaid
  • Live at home or in an assisted living/memory care community
  • Have an involved, unpaid caregiver (such as a family member)

Assessments are administered in person by a certified telehealth partner and follow Medicare’s eligibility criteria.

How We Help

In partnership with a specialized Medicare GUIDE provider, Always Best Care Senior Services will:
  • Connect you with a GUIDE provider Care
  • Coordinate with the GUIDE care team
  • Provide in-home support through our trained dementia caregivers
