Home Care In West Palm Beach, FL

Home Care West Palm Beach, FL

They say that your golden years are the best years of your life. For most older Americans, that's how it should be - a time to relax, reflect, and live life in a familiar place. After all, senior citizens in the U.S. have worked tirelessly to build a better economy, serve their communities, and raise families.

However, as seniors grow older, completing daily tasks like showering and enjoying activities such as visiting Henry Morrison Flagler Museum in West Palm Beach, FL gets harder without someone by their side. Unfortunately, many older Americans aren't able to rely on their adult children for help. The reality in today's world is that family members do not have the skills or time to dedicate to caring for their parents. That's where Always Best Care Senior Services comes in.

Our in-home care services are for people who prefer to stay at home as they grow older but need ongoing care that family or friends cannot provide. More and more older adults prefer to live far away from long-term, institutionalized facilities and closer to the place where they feel most comfortable - their home. Home care in West Palm Beach, FL is a safe, effective way to give your loved ones the care they need when they need it the most.

The Always Best Care Difference

Since 1996, Always Best Care has provided non-medical in-home care for seniors to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle as they get older. We are proud to have helped more than 25,000 seniors maintain higher levels of dignity and respect. We focus on providing seniors with the highest level of in-home care available so that they may live happily and independently.

Unlike some senior care companies, we genuinely want to be included in our clients' lives. We believe that personalized care is always the better option over a "one size fits all" approach. To make sure our senior clients receive the best care possible, we pair them with compassionate caregivers who understand their unique needs. That way, they may provide care accordingly without compromising their wellbeing.

The Always Best Care difference lies in life's little moments - where compassionate care and trustworthy experience come together to help seniors live a fruitful, healthy life. Whether you are an aging adult that can't quite keep up with life's daily tasks or the child of a senior who needs regular in-home services, Always Best Care is here to help.

TESTIMONIALS

“I have worked with, and explored working with, various agencies and registries in the Palm Beach County area. I am picky. Always Best Care is qualitatively a notch above every other organization I’ve encountered. Responsive. Amiable. Professional. The aide, Islande, who has worked with my mom is top-notch for our needs. And... I have no doubt Steve (the agency’s owner) and his staff would strive to find someone else, if it hadn’t been a fit. If you are looking for Nursing Care, I strongly recommend giving Always Best Care a chance. BTW: It is important to understand that working with an Nursing Agency (like Always Best Care), means the staff are employees, not independent contractors (as they are when working through a Nursing Registry). An Agency is vested in having good employees, and a good agency wants you to be happy. But even all Agencies are not created equal. I worked with one (Alternative Health Care) where aides did not always show up! That was painful and incredibly stressful, and the manager and other higher-up staff didn’t give a hoot.”

“We have been using Always Best Care for my mom for two years now and I am hear to say that they are the best we have been with. The Caregivers go above and beyond what we expect and treat my with nothing but love. Fran and Steve and Claudia are with us 24/7 everyday. It has been a real rollercoaster with my mom’s issues, but they are definitely our rock of support. Michelle, who is mom’s full time daytime caregiver has been with her since we started and she is like part of the family. She calls and checks on her off hours because she cares and there is no price you can put on that. If you do not try this agency, you are missing out.”

“I am a current client of this provider lways Best Care helped our family secure free in-home care services through Veterans Affairs. VA Community Care benefits were completely unknown to us when we were looking for affordable care for mom and dad. Always Best Care helped us navigate through obtaining the caregiver benefits. Mom received free respite care to help give her a break from caregiver duties while caring for Dad. Their caregivers were kind and reliable, making our experience wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“Steve and Claudia at Always Best Care Senior Services were just awesome in how they provided at home care for my mother Carmen. Starting with the initial consultation by Steve to learn about mom's personal care needs to the follow-up visit of a registered nurse to the eventual placement of a compassionate caregiver; every step of their service was well thought out and they truly delivered on providing a level of care for mom that exceeded our families (and mom's) expectations. I only hope I can continue to work together with him - Steve and his team are dedicated to making sure you are comfortable, happy and safe. TESTIMONIALS

“I have been utilizing Always Best Care Senior Services for 2 years to care 24/7 for my elderly parents. I am very pleased with their services. The Owners and Office Staff bend over backwards to make sure that there is always coverage, to alert my parents Caregiver Team of any requests that I make, to advise me when there is an issue with my parents or their dog. The Caregiver Team working with my parents are all compassionate and caring, knowledgeable and skilled. Sadly, my Father passed away in the fall of 2020. Each of their Caregivers, the Owners and the Office Staff expressed to me that they would like to attend his memorial service when we are able to have it. During the weeks he was slipping away, the Caregiver team not only took care of my parents, they looked after me, gently reminding me to eat, rest or take a break. They truly care not only for my parents, but for all our family. I can’t begin to express what a comfort it has been to have them caring for my parents, especially during the pandemic when visits are prohibited. They are my eyes and ears. Working intimately with my parents, the Caregivers are very tuned in to even subtle changes. If you are in the market and looking for a senior services/home health care company, I strongly urge you to reach out to Always Best Care Senior Services. You’ll be happy you did.”

“Always Best Care has been wonderful in many ways. Steve Snell, Owner and Area Representative, and Beverly Casper, RN were patient, kind and respectful while my Dad came to terms with the idea that he really did need help. They were flexible and open and that made all the difference. My Dad's aide Fabienne is responsible and caring and now more of a companion than aide. Steve and his scheduling team has been proactive about any changes that needed to occur and very good about communicating with me both by phone and email. Having them on board has lessened the worry I feel on a daily basis. My mother had a prolonged illness and through the years we dealt with many health care agencies. The attention and care we have received from Always Best Care is, by far, the best we ever have experienced and we are very grateful to have found them.”

The aids have been great for both of my parents. They have formed great relationships with Carol and Fred and now as of recently AnnMarie. The aids help getting groceries and picking up medication and also clean up around the house. They feel very cared for and have really turned the corner in feeling happier and well cared for. We are extremely grateful to Steve and his team at Always Best for working with us and ensuring my parents safety and well being! It's a great agency and all the workers who are part of this business!!”

What is Non-Medical Senior Care in West Palm Beach, FL?

lm-check

Home is where the heart is. While that saying can sound a tad cliche, it is especially true for many seniors living in America. When given a choice, older adults most often prefer to grow older at home. An AARP study found that three out of four adults over the age of 50 want to stay in their homes and communities as they age.

lm-check

When you begin to think about why, it makes sense. Home offers a sense of security, comfort, and familiarity.

lm-check

The truth is, as we age, we begin to rely on others for help. When a family is too busy or lives too far away to fulfill this role, in-home senior care is often the best solution. Home care services allow seniors to enjoy personal independence while also receiving trustworthy assistance from a trained caregiver.

lm-check

At Always Best Care, we offer a comprehensive range of home care services to help seniors stay healthy while they get the help they need to remain independent. As your senior loved one gets older, giving them the gift of senior care is one of the best ways to show your love, even if you live far away.

Respite Care

Respite Care Services

According to AARP, more than 53 million adults living in the U.S. provide care to someone over 50 years old. Unfortunately, these caregivers experience stress, exhaustion, and even depression. Our respite care services help family caregivers address urgent obligations, spend time with their children, and enjoy nearby activities. Perhaps more importantly, respite care gives family members time to recharge and regroup. Taking personal time to de-stress reduces the risk of caregiver burnout. So, if you've always wanted to eat at the local Table 26 Palm Beach or visit Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, don't feel bad. Doing so is great for both you and your loved one.

At the end of the day, our goal is to become a valuable part of your senior's daily routine. That way, we may help give them the highest quality of life possible. We know that staying at home is important for your loved one, and we are here to help make sure that is possible.

If you have been on the fence about non-medical home care, there has never been a better time than now to give your senior the care, assistance, and companionship they deserve.

Aging in Place: The Preferred Choice for Most Seniors

While it's true that some seniors have complicated medical needs that prevent them from staying at home, aging in place is often the best arrangement for seniors and their families. With a trusted caregiver, seniors have the opportunity to live with a sense of dignity and do so as they see fit - something that is unavailable to many older people today.

In-home care makes it possible for millions of seniors to age in place every year. Rather than moving to a strange nursing home, seniors have the chance to stay at home where they feel the happiest and most comfortable.

Here are just a few of the reasons why older men and women prefer to age at home:

How much does a senior's home truly mean to them?

A study published by the American Society on Aging found that more than half of seniors say their home's emotional value means more than how much their home is worth in monetary value. It stands to reason, then, that a senior's home is where they want to grow old.

With the help of elderly care in West Palm Beach, FL, seniors don't have to age in a sterilized care facility. Instead, they can age gracefully in the place they want to be most: their home. In contrast, seniors who move to a long-term care facility must adapt to new environments, new people, and new systems that the facility implements. At this stage in life, this kind of drastic change can be more harmful than helpful.

Institutional care facilities like nursing homes often put large groups of people together to live in one location. On any given day, dozens of staff members and caregivers run in and out of these facilities. Being around so many new people in a relatively small living environment can be dangerous for a seniors' health and wellbeing. When you consider that thousands of seniors passed away in nursing homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, opting for in-home care is often a safer, healthier choice for seniors.

Aging in place has been shown to improve seniors' quality of life, which helps boost physical health and also helps insulate them from viral and bacterial risks found in elderly living facilities.

For many seniors, the ability to live independently with assistance from a caregiver is a priceless option. With in-home care, seniors experience a higher level of independence and freedom - much more so than in other settings like a nursing home. When a senior has the chance to age in place, they get to live life on their own terms, inside the house that they helped make into a home. More independence means more control over their personal lives, too, which leads to increased levels of fulfillment, happiness, and personal gratification. Over time, these positive feelings can manifest into a healthier, longer life.

More independence, a healthier life, and increased comfort are only a few benefits of aging in place. You have to take into consideration the role of cost and convenience. Simply put, it's usually easier and more affordable to help seniors age in place than it is to move them into an institutional care facility. According to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, seniors who age in the comfort of their homes can save thousands of dollars per month.

In-home care services from Always Best Care, for instance, are often less expensive than long-term solutions, which can cost upwards of six figures per year. To make matters worse, many residential care facilities are reluctant to accept long-term care insurance and other types of payment assistance.

With Always Best Care's home care services, seniors and their families have a greater level of control over their care plans. In-home care gives seniors the chance to form a bond with a trusted caregiver and also receive unmatched care that is catered to their needs. In long-term care facilities, seniors and their loved ones have much less control over their care plan and have less of a say in who provides their care.

Elderly Care West Palm Beach, FL

Affordable Care

In-home care is a valuable resource that empowers seniors to age in place on their own terms. However, a big concern for many families and their loved ones is how much in-home care costs. If you're worried that in-home care is too expensive, you may be pleasantly surprised to learn that it is one of the most affordable senior care arrangements available.

Typically, hiring an Always Best Care in-home caregiver for a few hours a week is more affordable than sending your loved one to a long-term care facility. This is true even for seniors with more complex care needs.

At Always Best Care, we will work closely with you and your family to develop a Care Plan that not only meets your care needs, but your budget requirements, too. Once we discover the level of care that you or your senior need, we develop an in-home care plan that you can afford.

In addition to our flexible care options, families should also consider the following resources to help offset potential home care costs:

If your loved one qualifies, Medicaid may help reduce in-home care costs. Review your FL's Medicaid program laws and benefits, and make sure your senior's financial and medical needs meet Medicaid eligibility requirements.
Attendance and aid benefits through military service can cover a portion of the costs associated with in-home care for veterans and their spouses.
Many senior care services like in-home care are included in long-term care insurance options. Research different long-term care solutions to find a plan that provides coverage for senior care.
Home care can be included as part of a senior's private insurance plan. Read over your loved one's insurance policy carefully or speak with their insurance provider to determine if in-home care is covered.
Depending on the life insurance plan, you may be able to apply your policy toward long-term care. You may be able to use long-term-care coverage to help pay for in-home elderly care.
Senior Care West Palm Beach, FL

Compassionate Care. Trusted Caregivers.

When you or your senior loved one needs assistance managing daily tasks at home, finding a qualified caregiver can be challenging. It takes a special kind of person to provide reliable care for your senior loved one. However, a caregiver's role involves more than meal preparation and medication reminders. Many seniors rely on their caregivers for companionship, too.

Our companion care services give seniors the chance to socialize in a safe environment and engage in activities at home. These important efforts boost morale and provide much-needed relief from repetitive daily routines. A one-on-one, engaging conversation can sharpen seniors' minds and give them something in which to be excited.

At Always Best Care, we only hire care providers that we would trust to care for our own loved ones. Our senior caregivers in West Palm Beach, FL understand how important it is to listen and communicate with their seniors. A seemingly small interaction, like a short hug goodbye, can make a major difference in a senior's day. Instead of battling against feelings of isolation, seniors begin to look forward to seeing their caregiver each week.

Understanding the nuances of senior care is just one of the reasons why our care providers are so great at their job.

Unlike some senior care companies, our caregivers must undergo extensive training before they work for Always Best Care. In addition, our caregivers receive ongoing training throughout the year. This training ensures that their standard of care matches up to the high standards we've come to expect. During this training, they will brush up on their communication skills, safety awareness, and symptom spotting. That way, your loved one receives the highest level of non-medical home care from day one.

Assisted Living Referral Services

While it's true that many seniors prefer to age at home, sometimes in-home care isn't the best fit. For those seniors and their families, choosing an assisted living facility makes more sense. Unfortunately, finding the optimal care facility is easier said than done in today's day and age. That's when Always Best Care's assisted living referral services begin to make a lot of sense.

Assisted living is a form of housing intended for seniors who require varying degrees of medical and personal attention. Accommodations may include single rooms, apartments, or shared living arrangements. Assisted living communities are typically designed to resemble a home-like environment and are physically constructed to encourage the independence of residents.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. —

A regional Type 1 HazMat strike team from three fire rescue agencies in Palm Beach County deployed Saturday to assist after Hurricane Isaias struck Northwest Florida.

Less than 24 hours after receiving deployment orders, a regional Type 1 HazMat strike team from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, West Palm Beach Fire Department and Delray Beach Fire Rescue departed Saturday morning.

The team departed PBCFR headquarters for Tallahassee to receive an assignment in the Panhandle.

The mission is to contain hazardous materials and protect residents and responders, freeing other fire rescue and emergency management resources to answer urgent calls.

"Resilience starts at home, long before deployment orders arrive," PBCFR posted on Facebook. "Trailers packed and ready to roll. Trained people ready to respond. Preparation gives us strength and depth to answer your call and help our neighbors when disaster overwhelms them. That readiness takes years of relationships to build."

Isaias weakens as post-tropical cyclone after landfall in Northwest Florida

Hurricanes lead to fuel spills, gas leaks and chemical releases require, which require specialized responders.

"Our crews are heading toward someone else’s hardest day," PBCFR said. "Someday, help may be heading toward ours. We prepare for both, because no community should face disaster alone. We bend, but we don’t break. When help is needed, we answer."

On Thursday, Uban search and rescue teams from Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade adeployed to the Florida Panhandle to assist with relief efforts.

About 30 firefighters with PBCFR's Urban Search and Rescue Team deployed on its first state mission to send highly specialized rescuers ahead of the hurricane. In all, nearly 90 members of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue's Urban Search and Rescue Team, including four canine teams, made the trip.

Newgard Development Group and Porsche Design have unveiled Porsche Design Concours, a planned automotive-focused development featuring 22 privately owned automobile studios and a membership-based clubhouse at 2500 North Florida Mango Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. Designed by Urban Robot Associates in collaboration with Porsche Design, the project will feature studios ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, along with recreational, hospitality, and wellness amenities. The development is expected to open in 2028 and represents the first phase of a planned nationwide network of automotive ownership properties.

The development is planned for a 2.6-acre property that was previously proposed for Palm Beach Auto Haus, an automotive condominium project featuring a two-story, approximately 111,637-square-foot building with 20 private automobile studios. Florida YIMBY previously covered the proposal in May 2026. The newly announced Porsche Design Concours concept increases the number of studios to 22, although it remains unclear whether the earlier building area and configuration have been retained.

An affiliate of Newgard Development Group, PB Vaults Development LLC, acquired the property in August 2026 for $10.5 million, with the transaction reportedly supported by a $6.3 million loan from Belmont Bank & Trust. The acquisition preceded the formal announcement of Porsche Design Concours in September, which introduced the partnership between Newgard and Porsche Design and identified West Palm Beach as one of the first two locations in the United States.

The development will comprise individually deeded automobile studios designed to accommodate private vehicle collections alongside workspace and leisure functions. Each studio will feature a mezzanine level, full bathroom, wet bar, and climate-controlled interiors intended to provide suitable conditions for vehicle storage and regular occupancy. Sales will be conducted by invitation only.

A central component of the architectural design is The Concours, an enclosed automotive promenade that will serve as the primary circulation corridor and organizing element for many of the private studios. Rather than relying exclusively on conventional exterior drive aisles, the development will incorporate an interior passage that accommodates vehicle movement, access to individual studios, and the display of automobile collections within a gallery-like environment.

“Porsche Design Concours represents an exciting evolution of our design philosophy,” said Volker Strotmeier, Member of the Porsche Lifestyle Group Executive Board. “For decades, Porsche Design has created products that accompany people throughout their daily lives. With Porsche Design Concours, we are extending that philosophy into an entirely new category by creating environments that bring together design, functionality, and a shared passion for automotive culture. Our purpose is simple: share the passion, shape the lifestyle.”

Harvey Hernandez, CEO and founder of Newgard Development Group, which is designing and building the properties, said:

“This project is very personal. I have spent my career developing real estate, but I have also spent much of my life around cars and collectors, and I kept coming back to the same question: why do the cars we care about most often end up sitting in spaces that have almost nothing to do with the passion we have for them? This was never meant to be storage. It was meant to be a home for the parts of someone’s life that revolve around this passion.”

The architectural approach draws from Porsche Design’s established design principles, emphasizing functional layouts, restrained material palettes, and simplified architectural forms. Urban Robot Associates is responsible for translating these principles into the West Palm Beach property’s exterior and interior environments, working in collaboration with Porsche Design. The design philosophy references a principle established by Porsche Design founder F. A. Porsche in 1972: “Design is not simply art, it is elegance of function.”

In addition to the automobile studios, the property will feature a private, membership-based Clubhouse providing shared recreational and hospitality facilities. Planned amenities include padel courts, spa and wellness facilities, dining areas, private lounges, coworking spaces, outdoor terraces, event spaces, concierge services, and 24-hour security.

Ownership will not be restricted to Porsche vehicles. The studios are intended to accommodate collections from multiple automobile manufacturers, including vehicles from different eras and categories. The property will operate as a private community centered on automotive ownership and shared amenities.

The West Palm Beach development is being introduced alongside a second Porsche Design Concours location in Dallas, Texas, which will also feature 22 automobile studios. Gensler is responsible for the Dallas design. Both properties represent the initial phase of a broader national expansion planned by Newgard Development Group and Porsche Design.

According to Newgard, future locations will be selected based on their proximity to established automotive collector communities and surrounding residential neighborhoods. The company is targeting properties approximately 10 to 15 minutes from areas where prospective owners reside and regularly spend time.

Hernandez said West Palm Beach and Dallas represent the opening chapter of a larger plan.

“Our vision with Porsche Design Concours is to create a carefully curated network of these destinations across the United States, in the cities where the world’s most passionate collectors live, work and spend their time,” he said.

Porsche Design Concours in West Palm Beach is currently targeting an opening in 2028. A construction commencement date and general contractor have not been announced.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Florida Council of 100 and its Foundation launched the 2026 orientation for “Ambition Accelerated Florida,” a statewide technology accelerator connecting 46 early-stage companies with Florida’s top corporate leaders, investors, and potential clients.

The eight-week program brings together tech founders spanning eight states and five countries to scale innovations addressing national challenges, including defense, health care, financial inclusion and disaster resilience.

“Florida’s next chapter will be defined by the companies we help build here,” President and CEO of The Florida Council of 100 Mike Simas said in a statement. “Ambition Accelerated puts that strategy to work, mobilizing our business community to help founders win customers, attract investment and build companies that strengthen Florida’s economy for the long term.”

The program follows a year of strong business formation in Florida and groups participating companies into four industry tracks based in key economic hubs across the state.

The program expands on the former Gold Coast Tech Accelerator, which launched in 2025. It provides participating founders with access to more than 75 Florida CEOs, executive coaching through statewide platform partner Embarc Collective and a culminating statewide showcase.

The program expands alongside major private higher-education investments in the state, including gifts establishing a new Carnegie Mellon University campus in Miami and a Vanderbilt University graduate campus in West Palm Beach.

“Florida’s business leaders have the relationships and experience to help promising companies take their next major step,” Eric Silagy, chairman of The Florida Council of 100 Foundation and vice chairman of Related Ross, said in a statement. “This expansion puts that leadership to work across the state, investing in the companies and economic opportunities that will shape Florida’s future.”

Ambition Accelerated is powered in partnership with Related Ross, eMerge Americas, Embarc Collective, Truist, GuideWell, Tampa General Hospital, and Babcock Ranch.

Palm Beach County leaders warn homelessness may rise despite drop in annual count

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Palm Beach County’s annual count of people experiencing homelessness fell from 2025 to 2026, but local advocates say the numbers do not reflect the growing number of families, workers and seniors seeking help.

Alexandria Ayala-Long, CEO of the Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County, said the organization is seeing more first-time homelessness as people struggle with high housing costs and the rising cost of living.

“I wish I could say things look better, but we are seeing an increase in working individuals, in families, in seniors on fixed incomes, and our veterans” seeking help, Ayala-Long said.

The annual Point-in-Time Count provides a snapshot of homelessness on a single night. Ayala-Long said people who are sleeping in cars, couch surfing or moving between unstable housing situations can be difficult to identify and count.

“Now it’s starting to impact people that you may not think of as homeless,” Ayala-Long said. “They get ready and show up, but you don’t know what they are dealing with at night, every night, to be safe and secure.”

She said a lack of affordable housing is forcing some residents out of stable homes and into cars or temporary living arrangements.

Ayala-Long also said a state law restricting sleeping in public places has made it harder for outreach workers to locate and count people experiencing homelessness. She said recent immigration enforcement activity has also caused some people to avoid seeking help, further complicating outreach efforts.

The coalition is urging community, county and state leaders to continue discussing housing affordability and homelessness solutions. Ayala-Long said providing housing and services can cost less than leaving people unhoused, estimating local taxpayers spend about $35,000 a year in resources for each unhoused person.

Two men who received housing and support through local programs said those services changed their lives.

Dedric Lewis, who was accepted into Dignity Village, a permanent supportive housing community in West Palm Beach, said stable housing and employment gave him a new opportunity.

“It’s been remarkable,” Lewis said. “Someone gave me a chance.”

Grant Lea said support from Palm Beach County’s Homeless Intervention Team helped him regain a sense of dignity and stability.

“When another human being takes the time to help somebody else, it’s very important,” Lea said. “My dignity, it’s priceless.”

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —

Affordable housing continues to be a top concern for Palm Beach County residents as the cost-of-living increases.

PEACE, a local grassroots organization made up of 31 county congregations, is now calling on state, county, and city leaders for change.

The organization held a press conference in West Palm Beach Monday to call attention to the growing number of people who are struggling to live in Palm Beach County.

“I have a daughter who has worked as a waitress for over 20, 25 years and she just can't afford any place to live. And if not for my support and my help with myself and my wife, she'd be homeless and wouldn't be able to work, wouldn't be able to survive,” speaker Harry Wolin said.

Wolin’s story is one countless others can relate to.

“She's doing everything that we've told people they're supposed to do get a job, work hard, help support your family, and it just doesn't work. Given the price of housing, even the most meager, small and relatively modest housing is out of reach of today's working people,” Wolin said.

Palm Beach County finalizes $13 million deal for affordable housing in Mangonia Park

Group leaders said across their congregations they have heard countless stories of people facing the affordability crisis, especially when it comes to housing.

“We continue to hear the same concern. People who are working here are struggling to live here. These are our neighbors. They are people working in our restaurants and our stores. They are caring for our children and our loved ones. They are serving our community every day,” Rev. Latifah Griffin, a board member for PEACE, said.

Now, they are ensuring those concerns will be heard.

“What is the next question? What is it that our community can do? And we believe that the first step is being informed,” Jim Pettit, a board member for PEACE, said. “We're hosting a county commission candidate forum, and that's going to be focused this year on affordable housing. This will be an opportunity for members of our community to hear directly from the candidates about how they understand the affordable housing crisis and what approaches they will be bringing to address the crisis.”

Vita Nova is supporting next phase of affordable housing for young adults

Wolin is encouraging anyone going through a situation similar to his to join PEACE at their upcoming event.

“Love your children, help them to the best of your ability and come out and be part of the process when we make sure that our politicians are aware of this problem and how widespread it is, when we meet again later this month,” Wolin said.

PEACE is hosting its community kick off in two weeks on Monday, October 26 at 7 p.m. at St. Juliana Catholic Church in West Palm Beach.
