They have done a wonderful job providing the same caregivers, with a few exceptions, for this journey which makes it so much easier for us. We live out of town, but we know the ladies who are coming and have been coming consistently the last 3 years. They are always on time and know her better than she knows herself. This is especially helpful since she has no short term memory left. The office has always responded immediately if we have any additional needs and makes us feel like family. They have a family portal for us to log on to see what's going on with mom daily. My husband has Parkinsons Disease and a rare form of Dementia which has made him unable to use the left side of his body and for the most part he is unable to talk and communicate. I have two caregivers that come during the week, Indie and Charmarie who are both the best. They are always punctual and very dependable. My husband has always been so strong physically and mentally, and to see him as he is now is difficult.
