Home Care In Southern Pines, NC

“I cannot thank Sanjay and the staff enough for everything they have provided for both my mother and me during one of the most difficult and challenging times in our lives. I have been a RN for 35+ years, with over 25 years in hospice-home health care and thought I truly understood the needs of the family when a loved one needs care. I never realized how much more complicated total responsibility for an elderly family member can be. When my 93 year old, blind, HoH, mother lost her partner of 45 years and could no longer live independently, (her partner was her caregiver), the staff from Always Best Care provided much needed in home care, support, and companionship for my mother while arrangements were being made for her to move into an Assisted Living Facility. They were not only there for scheduled hours, but were available for additional hours on short notice in urgent situations. The support I received was incredible! Thanks to all, especially Sanjay, Kylie, Jen, and Zy. You made a difficult situation much easier. I would and will recommend your agency to anyone needing Homecare services. You have truly been a blessing! ????????????”

“I recently had the pleasure of meeting Kelly Klein with Always Best Care. Kelly was friendly, engaging, and professional throughout our conversation. It’s encouraging to connect with others who share an interest in supporting seniors and their families in our community.”

“I was very fortunate to learn about Always Best Care while helping my parents find a retirement community. Sanjay and Dylan were extremely helpful in guiding us through the search…there are lots of things I did not even consider that Sanjay and Dylan brought to our attention with their expertise. They were both very compassionate and transparent as we navigated the search and I am now very confident that we have found the best retirement community for my parents. Thanks Sanjay and Dylan!”

“Keep up the great work!! Solid company with great infield care and skills.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Sanjay from Always Best Card Senior Services. He was very kind, professional, and respectful during the visit. Sanjay took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. His caring attitude and attention to detail really made a difference and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and the excellent service he provides. I would highly recommend Sanjay to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.”

“Highly recommend Sanjay and his team. He helped me navigate the challenging process of finding assisted living for my dad. Every person at the company has been kind, patient, professional and reassuring every step of the way. I’m so grateful to Sanjay and Always Best Care. I’ve also used their companion care services, I trust them wholeheartedly with my dad’s care!”

“Sanjay with Always Best Care, has been so helpful to us during a very stressful, worrisome time. While we did not end up using his services (my mom was placed into a hospice home), Sanjay spent a LOT of time speaking with us and helping us to understand the options we had for my mom. Even after mom went into a hospice home, Sanjay cared enough to inquire about her and see how we were doing. Sanjay is kind, compassionate and genuinely cares. He is focused on helping families and patients and we felt VERY at ease with his calm demeanor. I highly recommend seeking him and Always Best Care out if you need in home care for your loved one.”

“Following hip replacement surgery, our 88 year old Mother needed care following her discharge from rehab. All Best Care was one service recommended and they were very responsive with the initial assessment and a follow up meeting the the rehab facility. They helped guide us through some very anxious times and were very flexible in meeting our needs that changed a number of times. Sanjay was informative, kind and considerate assuring us along the way. Kylie was always responsive and adjusted for our needs timely. Even when we wanted a change in the care provider, she was professional and listened. Also, Lisa was responsive worked with us on the billing. Great experience under difficult circumstances. I recommend highly.”

“Always Best Care of Raleigh has been a God send to our family, and has brought Mum back to her life and home. From assessment to companionship and living life together. I 100% recommend and endorse ABC, Sanjay Das and his entire team. They go above and beyond, and focus on the patients wellbeing and care. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I have been very pleased with the caretakers Always Best Care has sent us. They are well trained and always put my husband's well being first. Lisa, the scheduler, is amazing. This company also spot checks by phone and in person to make sure things are running smoothly, which I think is incredible. I would not have known about this benefit if I had not seen it on camera. Always Best is the 4th home care company I tried and by far they are the best! My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and balance problems. I work away from home part time and he can't be left alone. Most importantly, he looks forward to the visits "with his new friend"”

“Working for ABC Has been a wonderful experience for me very loving caring and I also love the team. I love it.”

“Sanjay and the Always Best Care team have been amazing to work with. During a time of great uncertainty and worry, they assisted me with smoothly transitioning my mom back home with a care plan to suit our needs. “When my loved one needed assistance after a hip replacement I was unsure of where to turn. There are so many options out there. I called several places and never got a good feeling about any of them. Of course, I wanted someone I could trust who would be there to care for her like I would. As soon as I spoke to Sanjay, his demeanor and understanding put me at ease. I knew that my family member would be well taken care of during this time. Everyone on staff at Always Best Care was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and supportive. They were so great that when the care period was over, my loved one expressed how she was going to miss the staff because they genuinely care for their clients. Sanjay, thank you and your team for being there for us. I had peace of mind at 1300 miles away knowing she had excellent care. I highly recommend ABC! You can't go wrong!”

“Always best care has amazing caregivers as well as office staff. Sanjay is a pleasure to work with and the caregivers haven taken excellent care of my step mother. It is very hard to find good elder care like this. Highly recommend.”

“We were scared... Finding caretakers for my 94-year-old grandma was a daunting and emotional process. We wanted to ensure she was in the hands of people we could trust, and from the moment we met Sanjay, the owner and founder of Always Best Care, we knew we had found something special. Sanjay was kind, insightful, and passionate about providing the best care possible. Our initial meeting with Sanjay gave us the confidence to move forward, and Best Care always exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. They matched Grandma with the perfect caretakers—she genuinely looks forward to their visits! Now, I can rest easier knowing she receives the best care from people who treat her like family. Words can’t express how grateful we are for Always Best Care. If I could give more than five stars, I would!”

“I’ve known Sanjay and Always Best Care for many years! I worked directly with him and saw how he focused on nothing but his customers best in every single situation! Once I had a need in my own family, he was one of the first people I called. They delivered in a very stressful ALS situation; and made our lives easier. You should definitely contact Always Best Care. I assure you you get the best professional care possible.!!”

“Our parents were in a place in their lives where we needed to relocate them from their beloved small town mountain home to Raleigh to be closer to extended family and better medical facilities for their care. This situation was heart wrenching for us as well as utter confusion, not knowing where to begin the process. We had investigated several assisted living residences in the area, but it wasn't until we were introduced to Sanjay Das that we found some solice in our decision of where to place our parents. Sanjay knew the area extremely well and had valuable information about all the assisted living residences as well as care homes, nursing homes, home health care and such. He not only was kind enough to take multiple calls with endless questions, but met with us to discuss various options in person and for no fee. Sanjay also had knowledge of individual nursing businesses and beyond. He was caring, patient and professional and always encouraged us to contact him with any and all health care needs related to our parents care. We highly recommend anyone in our situation to contact Sanjay for advice. You won't be disappointed. To know someone who is extremely knowledgeable in this area of care for your loved ones is priceless. From the bottom of our hearts Sanjay, thank you!”

“Sanjay was an amazing friend during a very hard time for me and my father. He worked hard to find just the right place for my Dad and never gave up. I highly recommend Sanjay to anyone going through the difficult time of finding the right home for you or your family members.”

“My husband and I first met Sanjay at a Dementia Alliance support group several years ago in Raleigh. He was holding a Men’s Coffee Hangout, a unique gathering of caregivers and partners with dementia. Thanks to Sanjay the setup worked perfectly for us. We were impressed with Sanjay’s humorous and gentle approach to simply “hanging out” with the guys as we caregivers met. Years later we asked Sanjay to help us as a senior advisor when we began our search for a senior living facility. He set us on track, helped us make a chart of priorities and met us on our tours until we found one we liked. He continues today at our community with volunteering with a similar version of the Hangout. He has been an important part of our dementia journey. We feel fortunate to have him both as a supporter and a good friend.”

“We met Sanjay when our Dad's health took a quick turn for the worst. We felt his health care team was MIA and had no one to help us navigate this emotional and stressful time. Sanjay quickly answered our call, helped us create a plan and had his team ready to go during a holiday weekend. His aids were all wonderful and Sanjay was always there to answer our questions and concerns. Always Best Care helped us when no one else could. I've already recommended Sanjay and his team and would do so again without hesitation.”

“My mother has been bedridden for over three years now. Always Best Care has taken wonderful care of her in these years. The management has a real desire to give care that is consistent with how they'd want their own family attended to. I appreciate the training they provide to the caregivers and the quick response to any of our concerns. It's been a great partnership.”

“Always Best Care has been an excellent partner in assisting my mother with caring for my elderly father. They are amazingly responsive. I have a single point of contact number (for Melanie), and I get an almost immediate response from her irrespective of what day or time I call/text. I have reached out at 11pm or later; I have reached out on weekends; I have reached out during holidays. In each instance Melanie has responded either immediately or within 5 minutes. They work to build a partnership. I stopped by the office unannounced recently to discuss a coverage issue that had arisen over the holidays. A new caregiver called out twice. (I would like to note that the coverage issues that arose over the holidays were highly unusual and very much outside the norm for ABC.) Sanjay, Anthony, and Melanie took an unplanned 45 minutes to sit with me and discuss my concerns and to outline the plan they had been discussing that very day to ensure we had no further issues. I do not expect any organization to never have any difficulties. The scale by which I measure an organization is 1) Does the organization take ownership of the issue? and 2) Does the organization proactively work to address the issue? ABC scores high on both these vectors. I have recommended ABC both to a coworker and to a close friend. I will continue to recommend them.”

“Sanjay and his staff do amazing work. For your home care needs, give them a call and they will take care of you. Keep up the great work!”
