My grandmother came home from rehab after surviving COVID and was still very weak and on oxygen. David was phenomenally responsive to my initial email (at 9:00 at night!) and arranged to come to the house on a weekend to meet my parents and get them started. The nurse, Beth, accompanied both home health aides on their first day to make sure they were on-boarded with exactly what we needed. “I can't say enough positive things about Always Best Care, the owner David, the RN Beth and the wonderful home health aides who have been helping my parents over the last number of weeks. My mom came home from rehab after surviving COVID and was still very weak and on oxygen. David was phenomenally responsive to my initial email (at 9:00 at night!) and arranged to come to the house on a weekend to meet my parents and get them started. The nurse, Beth, accompanied both home health aides on their first day to make sure they were on-boarded with exactly what we needed. She listened to us, she remembered every thing we told her, and she volunteered to pick up meds for us at the pharmacy. The aides (Susan and Josephine) have been lovely - attentive, thoughtful, gentle, observant, and have helped with everything from bathing to laundry to lunches and dishes to sorting endless piles of paper for filing.
