Retired porn star Randy Spears has swapped sex for salmon and is now working at a seafood counter at a Texas grocery store, and said he wouldn't have it any other way, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Exclusive photos show the adult movie legend – real name Gregory Deushle – hard at work inside the H-E-B Woodlands Market in Woodland, Texas.
The 58-year-old has been working at the market since January 2019 and previously worked a two-year stint at the store between 2014 and 2016.
Fish counter workers at H-E-B stores typically make around $12 an hour – or approximately $25,000 per year.
The relatively modest salary is a far cry from the $1,000-a-day Spears charged at the height of his fame but, speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, he said he would never go back to porn.

Spears said: 'The reason I got into porn is because I needed to eat. I'm resourceful. And I did it again – now I sell fish. You got to do what you got to do.'
He added: 'I need to eat, pay my bills. It has been pretty humbling after having people line up round a city block for my autograph and photo, after being a movie star and being famous.
'It was pretty humbling at first. I was throwing away fish guts in the garbage at the end of the shift and thinking, ''wow, this is a change''.'
The 58-year-old first burst onto the adult film scene in the late 80s after struggling to survive during the 1988 writer's strike that shut down Hollywood.

Until then, he had enjoyed modest success in mainstream movies such as Comedy Critters 2: The Main Course under the alias Gregory Patrick.
With money in short supply, he turned to porn – making his debut in a 1988 movie called The Case of the Sensuous Sinners in which he starred as a detective.
He went on to appear in hundreds of X-rated films, playing Captain Tom Quirk in Sex Trek: The Final Penetration and took on the role of The Joker in 2010's Batman XXX: A Porn Parody.
Spears explained: 'I had my fun, no doubt about it. I made a lot of money. I partied a lot. We'd show up at the swankiest new club in Hollywood or New York and they'd let you right in.
'Give you the best tables and that kind of thing. Fame was fun, no doubt about it.'
He loved meeting fans and signing autographs and he has fond memories of the annual Adult Video News Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Spears said: 'In the early days, we would all stay at the Tropicana and we would take over the hotel.
'We were partying, there were drugs everywhere. There was always drugs everywhere. We would just be crazy.
'One time, we started throwing the lawn chairs into the pool with naked girls sitting in them and then we're having sex in the lawn chairs in the pool. It was stuff like that.
'We would just do whatever we wanted to do. Security would come and be like, ''you guys got to keep it down''. Like 10 of them would show up because they wanted to see the naked girls and tell us to hold it down. There were lots of times like that.'
But he says the adult business also had a dark side and he found himself both addicted to cocaine and regretting the loss of his mainstream career.

Spears said: 'There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think, if I'd just stuck it out in Hollywood, what if?
'But I knew the very second they rolled the camera on me in the adult business that my [mainstream] career was over – I was never going to be Rock Hudson.
'Times have changed now but back then, that was the kiss of death. You're not going to be in a movie with Tom Cruise. Too much liability.'
By 2011, after more than 20 years in the business, Spears – who was raised a devout Catholic – was done.
He said: 'At the end of my career, it really was a matter of me pulling over in my car after I had done a job and I just kind of broke down and started weeping.
'I said, ''please God, change my life. I surrender. I don't want to do this anymore''. People can believe what they want to believe, it was very real to me.
'And change has happened. My life is completely different now. I don't walk around beating people on the head with my Bible.
'But I have found peace now and I'm grateful for the things that I do have and I'm happy. I feel safe, I'm happy and it's been a big change. I wouldn't go back.'
In 2013, two years after retiring from porn, he moved to Houston, Texas, to be closer to his two children with his adult actress first wife Danielle Rogers, 52.
Amanda, 26, works in a veterinary clinic while son Greg, 24, has just graduated from college and plans to be an engineer.
For Spears, finding work post porn initially proved tricky thanks to his notoriety but he says he enjoys his job and the only acting work he would consider now is voiceover roles.

He said: 'I do enjoy it. It's hard work, you're always cold – you're working with ice and you're in the air conditioning back there. You come home smelling like fish.
'But I like talking to the customers, taking care of the customers. I'm a good cook – I know a lot about fish. I enjoy helping them and that's the best part of the job.'
He says his favorite fish is walleye pike, which he remembers from summers spent fishing in Canada with his brothers.
'Me and my brothers used to take fishing trips up to Canada,' he told DailyMail.com. 'It's one of my best memories. I've been a fisherman since I was a little kid – I grew up on a river in Illinois.
'I love salmon as well. We sell some pretty exotic fish – Chilean sea bass and stuff like that. But I enjoy it, I'm not burned out on it.'
He says his family are right behind him in his new career and are proud of him for being able to reinvent himself after retiring from porn.
But he issued a warning to would-be adult stars, saying they need to consider how the job will affect their future careers before letting the cameras roll.
Spears said: 'Give it some serious thought as to what you want to do with the rest of your life once it's over because you will really paint yourself in a box, a corner.
'The corporate world won't want you because you're too risky so you'll limit yourself to possible menial jobs the rest of your life or a job where you're just kind of paying the bills. Nobody gives you that advice when you get into that business.'
