ChristianaCare announces the expansion of outpatient neurology services at its Cecil County campus, enhancing access to expert neurological care for residents of Cecil County, Maryland. Two experienced providers — Dagmara Pychynski, M.D., and Terry Speaks, FNP — have joined the team at ChristianaCare Neurology at Elkton, located at 111 W. High St., Suite 207.
ChristianaCare’s Neurology program offers comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, migraines and other complex neurological disorders. The team works collaboratively across specialties to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support each patient’s unique needs. Appointments are now being accepted. Meet the Providers
“I’m honored to serve patients in the Cecil County community,” said Pychynski. “Neurological conditions can be complex and life-altering. My goal is to help patients feel confident and supported throughout their care journey.”
Pychynski is a board-certified neurologist with specialized training in epilepsy, peripheral nerve disorders and migraine headaches. She completed her fellowship in neurophysiology and served as chief resident in neurology at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and has worked the ChristianaCare neurology team the past nine years. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.

“I believe in listening closely to my patients and working together to find solutions that improve their daily lives,” said Speaks. “Whether it’s managing migraines or navigating a new diagnosis, I’m here to support them every step of the way.”
Speaks brings extensive experience in outpatient neurology and has a special interest in headache disorders, chronic migraine management and evidence-based care for neurological conditions.
Availability: Tuesdays: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Coming this year: Katherine Peisochenske, PA-C and Amanda Hall, MSN, FNP
Joining the practice in coming weeks are Katherine Peisochenske, who brings 17 years of experience in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy, and Amanda Hall, who specializes in pediatric neurology. Their addition further strengthens the team’s ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate neurological care and expand office hours.
