WASHINGTON, DC (October 2, 2025) - BXP (NYSE: BXP), the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States, today announced that Workday, the enterprise AI platform dedicated to managing people, money and agents, has signed a lease for 51,204 square feet at 1818 Library Street at Reston Town Center in Reston, Virginia. The new lease spans the entire eighth and ninth floors of 1818 Library Street, bringing the office portion of Reston Town Center to 98% leased.
Workday serves more than 11,000 organizations around the world and across industries – from medium-sized businesses to more than 65% of the Fortune 500. Workday’s new lease at Reston Town Center represents a relocation and expansion from the company’s current space in Tysons, where it occupies 15,000 square feet, and reflects the company’s continued investment in supporting its growing government customer base in the region.
