PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — The Alan B. Shepard High School Band Boosters will kick off one of the biggest spring arts, crafts and vendor shows Saturday, April 12. The show runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Alan B. Shepard High School, 13049 S. Ridgeland Ave., Palos Heights.
Over 100 crafters and vendors will be displaying their wares in the gymnasium and cafeteria. Attendees are asked to enter the building through the rear door at Entrance 12. Parking is plentiful.
Crafters for this year include CHSD adult transition students involved in CHSD 218's amazing High 5 Heights retail store, as well as several returning exhibitors and new exhibitors.
Expect to find crystals, magnetic jewelry, floral and wreaths, fleece blankets, table runners and place mats, wood items, food craters, T-shirts, goose clothes, gnomes, author handcrafted rugs, rosaries, crochet, rocks and so much more. Popular direct sale vendors include Avon, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Real Time Pain and Tastefully Simple.Proceeds from the show will go toward supporting Shepard's band program.
