STRONGSVILLE, OH - A popular restaurant chain is planning to open a new location in the area.
Are you a fan of QDOBA? If you answered yes to that question, you might be interested to know that the chain is planning to open a new restaurant in Strongsville at 18025 Royalton Rd, according to QDOBA's website and to this post from the city government's social media account.
The chain's menu includes customizable burritos. Protein options include Cholula hot and sweet chicken (which is prepared with Cholula hot sauce and honey), shredded brisket birria (which is slow-cooked in chiles and garlic), grilled adobo chicken, grilled steak, seasoned ground beef, pulled pork, citrus lime shrimp, surf & turf (shrimp and steak), and vegetarian.
Then you can fill up your burrito with one of these rice options: cilantro lime rice, seasoned brown rice, or half cilantro lime and half brown.
Then you can choose one of these bean options: black beans, pinto beans, or half black and half pinto.
Furthermore, you can add a few of these salsas and sauces to your burrito: roasted tomato salsa, pico de gallo, chile corn salsa, citrus lime vinaigrette, salsa verde, chile crema, picante ranch dressing, salsa roja, and fiery habanero salsa. Then you can add either 3-cheese queso or queso diablo.
Finally, you can add any of these toppings: guacamole, pickled red onions, pickled jalapenos, fajita veggies, shredded cheese, sour cream, shredded romaine lettuce, cotija, crispy tortilla strips, and cilantro.
In addition to burritos, the chain offers customizable bowls, quesadillas, nachos, salads, and tacos. If you don't feel like building your own meal, the menu also has some preset meal options such as the QuesaBirria burrito (which comes with brisket birria, 3-cheese queso, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, salsa roja, cilantro lime rice, and black beans), citrus lime chicken salad (which comes with grilled adobo chicken, lettuce, black beans, chile corn salsa, pico de gallo, citrus lime vinaigrette, and crispy tortilla strips), or street-style chicken tacos, which come with grilled adobo chicken, guacamole, salsa verde, pickled red onion, and cotija cheese.
If you have room for dessert, the restaurant serves chocolate chunk cookies and chocolate brownies.
