Steve loved his Utah mountains, lakes, fall leaves, and red rocks. Some of Steve's favorite joys were riding his motorcycle through the canyons and seeing the scenery, especially the fall leaves of the Alpine loop. He enjoyed driving all-terrain vehicles, side by sides, through the red rocks of southern Utah with his buddies. He enjoyed music, concerts, and playing the guitar. He loved all things computers and solving puzzles.
He will be missed by his dream team department of computer programmers, the lunch bunch who can philosophize and solve the problems of the county and the world.
He will be missed by his family: Layton R. Strong, Karen Strong, Jo Strong, Lev Strong and Aileen Strong. We have enjoyed many camping, hiking, and boating trips, concerts, plays, and ballgames. Steve was always ready for an adventure.
He will be missed by his many friends, all his book recommendations, the happy-sad song. His joyful smile and willingness to go anywhere the group was going, especially if it was a trip to La Casita, our favorite gathering spot. We will raise a chip to him and thank him for all the ways he helped make our lives a better, joyful place.
