LINCROFT, NJ – The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners invites job seekers to attend the 2026 Workforce Development Fall Job Fair to be held at the Robert J. Collins Arena at Brookdale Community College, 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, on Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“Investing in our workforce is an investment in the future of Monmouth County and the Workforce Development Fall Job Fair is an important part of that effort,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “This event gives local businesses an opportunity to connect with talented workers while helping job seekers discover new career opportunities. I encourage residents to attend, make connections, and take the next step toward a rewarding career.”
Participating employers are expected to offer full-time jobs, part-time jobs and internship opportunities.
Early access to the Fall Job Fair will be available for veterans and for individuals who have a disability from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Pre-registration is not required to attend. Jobseekers are invited to bring resumes to share with prospective employers. Free parking for attendees will be available in Lot 6 and Lot 7 .
“Connecting jobseekers with employers is an important part of building a strong and successful workforce, and the County’s annual Fall Job Fair helps make those connections possible,” said Commissioner Susan M. Kiley, liaison to the Workforce Development Board. “The event brings together employers from industries throughout our region, giving residents an opportunity to explore available positions and find a career that matches their skills and goals. I encourage everyone interested in employment to attend and bring their resumes.”
The Monmouth County Workforce Development Board offers services that benefit employers and jobseekers by matching employers with workers who have the training and skills the business requires. The Workforce Development Board also helps prepare Monmouth County residents for careers in various industries by providing job readiness, occupational skills training and job search assistance.
